If they truly beleive in CapitalA HRC, Pchem and etc potential shouldn't they welcome me with both arm because of me they can accumulate more and more CapitalA, HRC, Pchem and etc at lower cost to them as what I have done in accumulating Insas untill I am now at 29 of the top 30 shareholder list.

So I welcome all to Insas to talk down Insas to 50 cents for me to collect again.

Insas NTA of RM 3.39 as at 31/12/22 only valued the listed and unlisted associate companies at book value of RM 554,418,000

The refining margin is dependant on world supply and demand for refine products.

The retail petrol stations business is depend on cars on the road and the retail margin per liter sold is fixed by Malaysia government.

I am glad and delight I actually help someone to win +10%. That a wonderful news and feeling.

I feel sorry for KYY and a little bit guity that I actually profited from KYY goreng in 2018.

I also regret that if only I know beforehand that KYY going to vote against the reappoitment of directors and put in his nominees as directors I wold have rally all the attendees to vote with KYY.

Our existing policy is to pay a minimum dividend of 20% of net profit subject to not compromising the Group's ability to support its pursuit for long term growth. However, that will not restrict declaration of dividend of more than 20%.

By the way qqq3 last quarter Brent average and closed at USD85. And it look like this quarter average and will end at USD 80. So another USD 5 inventories loss. So how to make profit?

If HRC hedged the refining margin at USD 10 per barrel then at current RON92 crack spread against Brent crude at USD 15 then hedging loss will be USD 5 per barrel.

If HRC bought crude at premium of USD 15 against Brent then the physical gross profit of refining is USD Zzzeroo per barrel.

So another loss making quarter for HRC.
