there are advantages of no dividend given, if you're looking for dividend you certainly went to the wrong counter. Years ago YTLP is for best dividend counter, now buy and hold for M&A news but make sure it's just a small part of your investment money, cause nobody knows when they will do it.

told you all already, they wont distribute to sharehlder. main shareholder of ytlp is ytl, if no mistake 2nd is epf. if distribute back to shareholder, their shareholding will be dilluted. and making it more costly for take over... just put your cash here and wait 1,2,3 years until they annouce it.
