I am having breakfast at a morning market and all I hear is people talking about the deeply undervalued Insas. Someone said Monday will go limit up, another day don't sell even limit order because it can go double limit up. Another said double limit up would take price to only RM2.02, Insas is worth RM3. Then another said RM3 still very cheap as foreign investors 2ill chase it up to RM6 as our ringgit so cheap today.

The 21,900 shareholders can collectively nominate and appoint their own board of directors.

Both Ah Thong and his brother are no longer directors, thus they can't really be "in control". Independent directors are supposedly running Insas.

If one were to scrutinize the Annual Report, Ah Thong merely owns 25% , his brother 11% but together they own short of 33% (this is weird Maths due to double counting). The rest numbering over 21,900 shareholders own 67%. Among the 21,900 is Mr Sslee, myself and hundreds of forum participants, most who have gone MIA but resurfaced recently.

Insas at 1.20 is so deeply undervalued that at that price you are actually getting the Inari shares free. EPF and KWP have been throwing tons of money buying Inari when they and other funds should be buying Insas and getting Inari free.

Insas isn't a value trap until you have experienced been trapped. Those who don't learn from that will be trapped until his last breath.

Tlticamara, why you need to cut loss? Thought everyone was making tons of money on Insas.

2.3 million shares put you in the top 30 shareholders list. You have a big voice in Insas AGM. We are grateful you fought for better dividend for us holders.

After selling 90% only got 1,000 shares left. Monday I sell 100 shares, Tuesday another 100 shares, Wednesday another 100 shares .........

Me small holder only got 10,000 shares, not like Mr Sslee who held over 2.3 million shares.

Mr Sslee, you made so much on Insas you get throw a CNY dinner inviting all Insas forum participants here, including Mikecyc, Leno, speakup etc.

Dear Mr Sslee, a lot of people are upset with you for selling Insas "too soon". Maybe you should cease selling and start buying back because Insas will rise until six ringgit (Leno says not me). Monday comes please buy back Insas until RM1.50 so that all other Insas holders will get the chance to exit. :-D
