Are second and third substantial shareholders agreed to such deal?
Usually shareholders who hide behind foreign nominees are parties friendly to the controlling shareholders.

@Johnzhang, Mr Sslee has answered it very well.

@MrSslee, yes it's possible. Happens often. This is because controlling shareholders usually have friendly parties owning substantial amounts.

When you buy shares of a public listed company you are not buying a share of the business. You are merely investing your money.

WTF 2021 YTD and a Buy Call on Insas-WC
leno
Publish date: Sat, 27 Nov 2021, 11:15 AM
WTF 2021 Portfolio
YTD (up to 27 Nov) is a whopping 71.9%
This is based on closing price of Insas RM 1.03 and WC 42 sen
Meaning if my portfolio was
RM 465 K early this year
now it is worth RM 800 K
My Current Call to My-Self
is to BUY BIG on Insas-WC
My Last buy was yesterday 26 nov
Which I collected "a bit" at 41 sen
by swapping-off "a bit" of my Insas at RM 1.03
This is based on my calculation.
What calculation ? Don't ask.
If ask also I won't answer.
Hahahaha ..
As usual, nothing beats learning from a REAL life lesson.

Ah Thong also knows that. In 2017 Inari declared a bonus issue of 1 for 1, then 15 months later declared another bonus issue of 1 for 2. Inari share price flew. But Ah Thong wouldn't declare bonus issue for Insas because ....... we know the reason lah.
2024-08-13 14:01 | Report Abuse
When a company declares a 3 for 4 bonus issue it means they want to push up the share price. Happens all the time.
2024-08-13 13:35 | Report Abuse
I already mentioned the 3 for 4 bonus issue. How many stocks able to declare 3 for 4? If Insas declares 3 for 4 bonus issue, Insas will fly to RM2.

Leno stuck in Insas 15 years 6 months already. 🤣🤣🤣

You can check Engtex forum when I bought, how much I bought, when I sold, how much I sold. Engtex was an easy sure winner, bonus issue 3 for 4.

Insas at RM2 is realistic once Thong crosses 50%. The moment Thong announces MGO everyone should start buying.
2024-08-11 23:43 | Report Abuse
Buying Insas-WC at 0.417 is the dumbest move. 🤣🤣🤣
2024-08-11 19:10 | Report Abuse
We need to wait patiently until Ah Thong makes his move to cross 50%. After that Insas will fly for sure.
2024-08-10 19:11 | Report Abuse
Breaking news : Ah Tong has finally sold off all his Insas shares at RM1.02. He continues to hold Insas-WC which he bought at 0.417. Way back in January when Insas was RM1.20, Ah Tong said Insas was trading at a 73% discount. Cannot trust such people.

One cannot make money from the stock market by blinding following books or following Warren Buffett. Every stock is unique. If you take Insas' case everyone agrees it's one of the most, if not the most, undervalued stock in Bursa Malaysia. If you can understand (and accept) the reason behind it then you can make most from it.
