Based on the TA and chart.. the price has been increasing albeit slowly since its lowest a week ago. The uptrend looks intact.. just my 2 cents. The market sentiment however is still weak.

When the news was posted, Silkhld price was @0.91 then continued to its highest @1.24 in August. Now its only @0.50.. really oversold.. just imagine with the rate hike in the next 2 months..
