This is probably last round of wash out retail investors as 2 units of power plant already COD. Jaks have many round of washout, the famous one will be old fox KYY kena washout. This ALP really world class

Unit 1 power plant profit RM 7.5m for about 1 month. 2 units power plant will give RM 7.5 x 2 x 12 = RM 180m.

Normally first month profit will be lower due to start up costs etc.

I made 100% by subscribing rights with full warrants and apply for excess end of last year. I have no complaint...

a lot of investors lost money by chasing high on this old fox articles. While i agree some have value, but don't chase high. There a plenty of opportunities every day in stock market lah, not only Msia but also US, HK etc

When he posted his article for a particular stock, don't chase high. See what happened in Dominant, MNRB, KPS etc, and what are the price now? If it is good value, then buy on correction loh....

Do not chase high lah. Uncle share normally will shoot up and next few days will come down in short term. In mid term, I don't have crystal ball to tell but i don't like property stock. Uncle in his old article also said he does not like property stocks, just look at over supply situation...

Mkt sentiment will make the stocks to drop significantly as mkt does not like uncertainties, whether it will happen or not eventually does not matter. You must be new in stock market. Wait till that time when there is clarity after election i will collect when cheap. Mkt already starting to drop across to board, foreign funds are selling.

Tech stocks with PE 60 not so worth. Last year around PE 20 is good but not at current price. It does not mean tech stocks with PE 60 are not good if they have explosive earnings and with normalised PE of 30 in year 3 for example. But how we know. If we don't know, then better don't take the risk. Tech stocks have been adjusted and will continue to adjust.

valendinlou, you got a good point. FB CEO and others have to testify in US Committee inquiries many times as they are very significant. People will pay more attention to big boys.

Up to now, volume very small only. Nothing to worry lah. They want to wash out contra players only.

Funds now moved from tech stocks to banking, travel stocks in rotational plays. Gloves are oversold and will consolidate for the time being with very undemanding valuation. Msia is small mkt without foreign funds and fresh funds in, mkt is zero sum game.

Net profit of RM 2.86 billion per quarter is perhaps the highest quarterly net profit in the history of Msia list company. Maybank highest net profit is RM 2.4billion in 2020.
