In the last few weeks when its share price was falling, there were lots of negative comments that surfaced, ie some claimed this is a sunset industry, chartist said its resistance broken and warned more new lows in the pipelines, news paper highlighted foreign fund selling, retailers pat on their back and said they are so clever not owning any BAT shares, etc.

This was the time the smart local funds can snap up as much as they want at a bargain. We ikan bilis can ride on this recovery.

When it first announced its planning to do fully auto-sorted courier-service, its share price hit Rm1.40 in 2016.

Now the said courier-service building already obtained CF and its auto-sorters started operation on October 2019, its share price hit Rm0.30 level due losses resulted from its start up cost.

Second level thinking (foresee what will take place in months to come) & control risk (buy at bottom). Virtually, risk free.

Now its share price is too high. Wait for it to go down to a reasonable level to participate. This is to reduce the risk. Don't forget market is negative on property. So, no need to rush in to buy up.

Setting up textile mill is exactly an example of a vertical expansion. The mill is set up to produce raw materials to Prlexus to do the apparel manufacturing activities. Competitors will not buy from Prlexus's textile mills.

Once the dust has settled and the people in the street has realised that there is indeed a value in the BAT, there is no chance to buy at this level.

In stock market, you can argue until the cows come home. The bottom line is that if you see values in it, wise decision is to do a buy. If you don't, stay side line. As simple as that.

My friend who sold the smuggled cigarettes were caught by Kastam recently. Good sign. The government is really serious in combating the illegal smuggling.
