（吉隆坡20日讯）吉利控股将手中宝腾股权，转移予旗下吉利汽车，为进军东南亚电动车市场铺路。

在香港上市的吉利汽车，今日透过港交所公告，透过子公司Linkstate，以10.63亿人民币（约6.72亿令吉），向母公司吉利控股，收购宝腾49.9%股权。

吉利控股直接隶属创办人李书福所拥有，这家中国企业除了持有吉利汽车，也掌握着富豪汽车（Volvo）多数股权，同时也涉猎房地产、科技和电动车等领域。

该控股公司2017年入主宝腾后，带领宝腾扭转当时每况愈下的处境。

该控股如今将手持的所有宝腾股权，转移予旗下持股约40%的吉利汽车。

根据公告，获得宝腾股权为吉利汽车进军东南亚创造契机；双方也会共同研发宝腾品牌旗下的电动车。

宝腾的另外50.1%股权，归我国企业多元重工（DRBHCOM，1619， 主板消费股）所有。
