I dont know @limitup .. I have not seen anyone give a convincing argument. I have put my money in both TG and Supermx just to be on a safe side. Besides they both grow very fast.

Share price is a function of EPS, EPS is a function of NOSH and profit, profit is a function of production capacity and margin. Margin is a function of OBM or OEM. It is not very straightforward ...

Careplus management deserves a big round of applause!!

They have made many things right from the beginning of this year:
- JV with Ansell one of the world leaders in glove maker
- Ansell has hundreds of glove patents and these patents will last for 20 years. Patent rights will prevent anyone to produce the same design and material
- Careplus capacity expansion to 6bln gloves by end 2020 and 8.8 bln gloves by end 2021
- Unit cost of production has been reduced resulting higher profit margin
- Purchase of hotel/shoplots for workers accommodations in preparation of expansion programs

As a result, Careplus has emerged from a loss making company to profitable company QoQ and keep on going stronger! As of June 2020, Careplus QoQ 3,073.71% / YoY 1,946.61% !!!

@smartkids I can accept it if you show your analysis. I am very open. If you can present the facts and numbers behind your statement and if I think it is reasonable, I will accept it and if I must, I can pull out from Supermax and channel my money to other gloves counter. But until then, it is just unsubstantiated statement and to be ignored ....

Hopefully before you come up with that statement, you have analysed both TG and Super on multiple different optics i.e. business model, client portfolio, ASP, profit margin, production capacity, number of shares issued, etc. etc. Otherwise, that statement is without substance and will stick to your reputation for many months ahead ..

There is no such thing as glove bubble. COVID-19 will be around us for years and more new viruses will emerge once this pandemic is over.

Why would Mnuchin allow the US stock market to crash? Why would he want to do that? Isn’t he now in the process of getting 2nd $1trillion stimulus package and it will get approved by 31st July? Why would anyone in the US Congress reject that given the COVID-19 situation in the US now.

The share price is supported by fundamentals .. the quarter reports say it all.

The profit, the cost has become lower, the expansion program coming ... etc etc. It went up from $0.30 to $3.0 is being backed up by numbers. Not arbitrary.
