The catalysts to me are:

1. Major Construction for Penang Highways, West Coast Expressway from Banting to Taiping, LRT 3 and MRT 2 from 2016 to 2020. OKA would most probably secure businesses from these mega projects.

2. Lafarge Malaysia just bought Holcim Malaysia recently. That shows Cement industry is consolidating to be more competitive. Are these big cement companies only satisfy with the upstream and not middle stream whereby OKA is in? Is there any possibilities of these big guys going into OKA or even wanna acquire companies such as OKA?

3. There is zero loan in OKA and in moving forward, OKA will continue to build on cash pile. What are they going to do with this cash if not for expansion or for better dividend payout?

4. Last but not least with the current shares issued, possible for shares splits or bonus shares? Who know what would happen next?

Results going to be out this week and all of sudden a plunge in the counter. Two possibilities, 1. Results not gonna be good and those who got the first hand news are selling to take profit. 2. Shares buyback isnt a new move from PHB. PHB has done shares buyback since 2013. I repeat, 2013 and yet the price did not stabilize.

Transformation or turnaround strategy sometime works sometime don't. But one thing for sure is the journey gonna be tough and challenging for at least few years. With such in mind, can keep PHB in closet and await another few quarters before opens it back. Hopefully PHB doesnt end up like MAS. At least MAS has Khazanah to bail out.

It really dying even if factor out the arbitral awards which amount to RMB140.9 million. Meaning for 9M2015, PRGL only made around RMB46.928 million VS RMB 283.548 million in 9M2014. 83.45% dropped! That's massive for a year!

Last year they announced on 7th Nov 2014 for Q3. This year seem to be delayed.

Guess q3 results won't be out today.

PRGL yet to announce results. The board meeting is scheduled on 19 Nov. By 20th should have the results. PRA made profits thru selling of assets in Hanoi, not profit from Operation. It's bad for the NTA if the company continue to burn cash thru operation and not returning the sales of proceed to shareholders.

Mr Parkson, don't u know William Cheng own Lion Corp and other subsidiaries under Lion Corp? And some of these subsidiaries are major shareholders in PHB? They need to liquidate their shares in order to pay back their debtors if require. All these years, PHB share price are in tandem with Lion Corp performance. Else why it has dropped from RM5 to RM1 even if it still making profit except for last quarter?

Took some profits first as well. It has broken 2.4 and unsure how high it would fly.

PHB would be further dragged down by Lion Corp Bhd.

Meanwhile, in a separate filing, the external auditor of another loss-making steel manufacturer Lion Corp Bhd had said that the company might not be able to continue operation if it failed to renew or extend repayment of existing borrowings among others.

Ong Boon Bah & Co said Lion Corp incurred a net loss attributable to the owners of the company of RM523mil for the financial year ended June 30, 2015.

“In addition, as at June 30 up to the date of this report, certain borrowings and payables were not repaid in accordance with the scheduled payment dates,” it said.

Ong Boon Bah noted that Lion Corp had done certain measures to improve the group’s liquidity and financial position, and to “remediate” delayed repayments to lenders and creditors.

The audit firm said that it was unable to obtain sufficient and appropriate audit evidence in relation to the rationales of the assumption used to assess the group’s future profitability

I just quoted what I get from Bloomberg and shared with the rest and then you came along and made a big hoohaa of incorrect release date and blacklist this and that.
