But... EPF... EPF is holding some 492,989,000 of Armada share....


Assuming a loss of just 0.50 per share, EPF would have incurred a loss of RM 246,494,500 (492,989,000 × 0.5).

Whatever/whoever that have made it thought its trading gain can ever be more than this loss is obviously misguided, period

Armada has strong and predictable cash flows, no problem to service its debts...... anyway, ebita will get better cos Armada has just changed its accounting to finance lease that delays earning


All these sound like lower level kind of problems, you know, supervisor level kind of problems... you are worrying too much on the petty problems ler

But when you are dealing with Armada, you are dealing with very very very big figures... recall even Ananda K had to sell off part of his %


So, the CEO, in order to take up his ESOS, Rights Issue, he must have taken a loan... and, this loan is killing him, killing him quickly now
