I’m usually a very civilized gentleman. In a Telegram groupchat where I get asked about this stock or that stock, I usually give my informed suggestion with the last words “The decision is yours. Your situation is not my situation. It is irresponsible for me to give you a TP”
Having said I’m civilized gentleman : Just diam7 lah some of you here. Jeez…

Berlin, I mean why get worked up or hung up on a stranger?
There’s a really good saying that I *try* to adhere to :
“If you have nothing good to say about anyone, say nothing”
I understand human nature and I’m fallible. I just try talking to myself as often as I can
But only when I’m not in happy hour time :) Hope it’s good beer :)

Berlin, there isn’t any need. Not no more. Never has been and shouldn’t ever be. I recognize your intentions but it’s a bit blase to me and surely to you and other experienced folks that chosed to keep their counsel by not posting anything here in this wonderful i3 world
We focus on current situations, not individuals that seems to have run out of ideas other than to hit the repeat button
He’s just who he was, is and almost certainly will be. You know it
I already gave up giving hints to him here. He continues. And so be it. I just do what I do

Thanks probability. HRC is a profitable company with high and increasing debts together with high and increasing creditors and have poor leverage. I repeat what I posted before : Look at the borrowings and creditors increases for the 3 month period of Sept-Dec21 and Jan-Mar22
Their RM800M cannot help them much, this much is certain.
Their dividends payout is downtrending
They may get super normal profits for the last quarter. Not sure if they’ll get hit with super normal tax
Look, I’m not bad mouthing HRC; I only point out the facts that HRC themselves release to the public
Trade HRC, yes

Adcool, personally for me and since I’m a really really smalltimer, I rarely queue nowadays to buy or sell. I used to do it in the past. But due to work commitments I have less time now for stocks. After I have studied certain stocks I’m interested in (and only when I have time for this hobby!), I will just slap. And after buying, when I’m happy, I just hit
The important times for me Mon-Fri for stocks are 9-9.30am, 11am, 11am til lunch break, right after lunch break, and 4pm til close. Those are the normal moving times for stocks

Probability, history is super important. What will be redefined in the future for HRC, may I humbly ask?

John, I already said who the smart operators are. Nothing in stock trading and investment is “unthinkable”. Look at our country as an example
My VIP contact rarely ever reply to my text the same day. When/if he does, it’s usually between 2-7 days later and the reply is very curt. But at least the contact replies

Probability, what are HRC’s historical earnings vis-a-vis share price performance?
2022-08-12 16:33 | Report Abuse
Adcool, there are fake sell queues. Plenty in fact. And who can place such queues to sell at the few higher levels of bids? I know
2022-08-12 16:29 | Report Abuse
So here’s what everyone here wants to know :
What caused the steep hike in April/May and what caused the steep decline until the price is now where it was before the start of the rise?
* you may choose to replace “what” with “who” in the above. I already alluded to this several times

Looks to me that there’re just many fake sell queues…. very hard to move up coz not enough slapping going on

As for the sharp rise and the subsequent sharp drop, re-read my post above, especially the part where EPF and PNB are no longer substantial shareholders. These two companies are smart operators
2022-08-12 11:29 | Report Abuse
John, back in 2015 EPF held over 16%. They’d been selling until they now hold just around 2.5%. In 2017, PNB held over 6%. They’d been selling until they now hold around 3.5%
Why did both sell until they are no longer substantial shareholders (ie. that usual “Notice of Person Ceasing” announcement)? Can be a few things… they took profit or they no longer believe in the company and their trades no longer need to be announced (since they’re no longer substantial shareholders)
HRC shares total only 300M

Hi Anthony,
Would you kind enough to share with us what aspect of the shareholding, floats and world scenario that have changed so adversely in both HY and PetronM and resulted steep sell down recently ? May be there is something we can learn from you .

Kelvin will never lose money by buying every single day whatever the share price is unless it really falls really really bad. Even then, after the IPO looong time ago, he’ll be able to top up his margin accounts. You guys don’t get it… I think

Mr OTB, why are you here? To me, saying bad things about a company is waaaay more digestible and acceptable than saying bad things about a person
What is a stock investment after all?
And I had questioned more than once about your “recommended stocks” where you said their fundamentals are good, that you only buy good fundamental stocks. AYS and HY have good fundamentals?
You have never replied my questions. At least when I have the time to check out this forum
A suggestion : There is no more any need to protect your “reputation”. Live a happy life without this i3 distraction. If you’ve made your money, well, that’s it, isn’t it?
Any further need to trap others in your personal pursuit of “There’s no such thing as enough money”? Cmon

Skoh, EPF and PNB are watching this counter. They have enough units to trade their investment. They have no emotions. Foreign funds (despite what our promoter said more than several times) ain’t that interested; their focus on plantation companies is on better yielding ones
Their funds are tied up, especially today.

Sslee, good fundamentals doesn’t necessarily result in hike in share price. Not when the major shareholders (and not necessarily recognized as substantial shareholders) own a comparatively huge chunk (given the float) that can switch margin accounts to trade their investment, have extremely tight shareholdings and have low retail interest
Good fundamentals mean decent leverage. Debt, creditors, cash, treasury shares, NTA (very important), interim dividends (I give HY credit for this)
Share price, sometimes, doesn’t matter. And that’s how the big boys play the game

Still at intraday high right now. 6cts up without any shorting
But I still dunno what to do. What I do won’t make a lick of difference to the price, only whether I get fed up or not

Mr Respectable OTB, saying Hengyuan has terrible fundamentals isn’t bad mouthing the company. It’s called stating facts and numbers that are freely available to the public
Increase in debt, increase in creditors, equity vs liability
Does Hengyuan have good fundamentals? This is a fair question, correct?

Calvin, stop saying or telling what anyone can or cannot do. Or should or should not do. Or invest in this or that. Or give ridiculous examples whereby no one ever have any logical intention to copy

Ok Pak. That’s your strategy. I’m ok
Today I met with a young Dato Seri. His public company owns just north of RM60M in real estate
But his private vehicles own around RM670M in real estate
Be careful how and where you invest. It’s very difficult unless you know the bosses. By “know”, I mean having met them in person instead of just studying charts and QRs…

So you are sure TSH will use that amount to reduce borrowings? I doubt it. I even doubt TSH needs, or wants, to be a “net cash” company. It wouldn’t make sense to me
Ok, enuff. Time to hit the sack and dream (think…? is it dreaming considered thinking…?) about my meeting with a Dato of a PLC tmrw… nite nite all and hope yall had a good day today

I fully expect some announcement like this tmrw. I want confirmation of legal hand shakes, if such a thing happened

Ooo, I needed to Goog “nugatory”
Nugatory is an escape route for many companies. Even a “I don’t know nuts” reply by a PLC regarding a Bursa enquiry on Limit Up or Limit Down is “nugatory” in the broad sense of the word
Look PSA, I’m still holding. I just want clarification based on my experience. You’re obviously losing money on TSH. It’s obvious. That’s NOT ok, I get you, I really hope TSH share price gets back to at least 1.20 before the end of this month and I hope you can hold on, just like me
But your exposure shows you out. I’m not like several of the folks here…

Bullballs, I don’t know. That “Mangkupadi” land is part of the overall land sale
Don’t worry too much about this. Like I said, I’m more interested the word “waived” in the announcement. Likely some hand shaking happened. If so, as long as legal, it’s ok coz it means both parties really want the entire deal to conclude
2022-08-09 16:50 | Report Abuse
Bullballs, no. The announcement clarified that the CPs (condition precedents) were either met or waived. The announcement stated only part of the whole land consideration
I’d like Bursa to question TSH the specifics regarding the use of the word “waived” in the announcement…
