Petronm already upgraded , so such capexp is not necessary but expansion and upgrading to euro5 for more revenue and profit

Moreover petronm has cash to do expansion to generate more profit but HY has huge debt of thousands to pay back , where to find money to upgrade euro4 next year .....
So anytime he will ask you for money for expansion

The major concern is that HY is a red chip , petron is blue chip
Petronm management has proven it capability to generate more cash HY still has not. Petronm pays handsome dividend but HY can't afford to pay a sen though the EPS is good and dramatically big
If you are a prudent investor which one do you choose though the market price and eps of HY is very much cheaper than petronm
