Perhaps they knew their own share's value, maybe still not the right price to buy back, I would still say that at support 0.30 cent, perhaps they are start to think to buy back. The real problem property sector in malaysia is they are syok sendiri... develop based on their own, not develop as how the rakyat need. The new mix project is useless if rakyat can't afford to buy. In that value, some parties might have their own share.

It will be resolved in an unexpected ways...

previous year corresponding quarter revenue = RM 295 mil, this current year quarter revenue RM 641 mil --> wow
previous year corresponding quarter net profit RM 1.9 mil, this current year quarter net profit RM 601 thousand only? --> uh, eh, aaa, hmmm...

Given the higher cost of living, recession coming in, this will at least touch back it's previous low at 0.30. anything can happen... but i may be wrong, anything's possible.

ike i said, this quite an attractive price, but the overall sentiment, i hardly find a good hint as a booster for the market. I might be wrong, and sorry if my words offend anyone here. because, i dont know, i think i have already facing the market quite some time, some time i tried to find logic in any price movement, but for me there is no logic in market. if you say it's too bullish and will make an adjustment, nope, they dont, you say it's strong support, but it can easily break support. find it in fundamental analysis also won't do much different. but there're many things that can be learned, and am still learning

jackson88, i hope i am not influence you, but that's just my view, my observation on the market. Even the mahsing boss also few years back, want to diversified, maybe he is an opportunist person, or he is just simply can read the property trend earlier than normal people will see.
As for KnifeEdge, i am not against you, but sometimes, that's the important having huge money, they have already and hopefully well diversified, if at the end of the year they still manage to get 15-20% return, or their portfolio still positive, they dont see this as a big problem. that's my view.

maybe because the cost of raw material went up, property sector remain sluggish, it will have to wait quite a long time before it go up again. although some say that property market still reasonable, but that's for certain individuals, not most of the people who is facing a hard time to own even a house. but i kind of like this. well, we see what's going on in stock market, like down kaw2, like this recent one cypark, i like to see those down cycle in property sector too. they have already been in the sky for a long time... although this price seems attractive, but given current situation, malaysia remain stagnant, while US market now having a bearish divergence, i think i better stay with cash, for any golden opportunities. I might be wrong, but i am firm with my observation now. might change it, who know, it's depend. as for this stock, like i said yesterday, it may want to test 0.70, quite possible.

if it hit 0.38, the selling continue, those who buy yesterday at below 0.38 think to take profit even if a little, but those bought today have already paper loss, maybe want to cut loss at 0.38... the scenario might develop that way. Not a sell call, if you really believe that you are in a good position, just go on, but in investing, preserve capital more important than profit, do money management

ya, sometimes we win, sometimes we loss. sad to hear 1 year salary loss, hopefully you will get it back quickly, but dont revenge, it will make it more painful if the revenge not successful. practice money management in trading, even if you notice that could be a strong support... the dangerous word is "could". It's just overconfidence bias that we are experiencing. we thought 0.43 just a strong support, but it's just can be broken. Similarly, yesterday at 0.50, people just thinking that its strong support, but what happen? See the trap, they try to make it like they support at 0.34, chase it until 0.38... but it's just 4 cent up compared to 16 cent down...

If i recalled, 2 times entry, 2 times cut loss. I mention before, entry 1.28 cut 1.22, yesterday curi ii, ingat can wait at 0.64, as if that is the lowest, yes, lowest at that time, when it hit 0.62, i think to cut loss because seems so wrong, luckily i firm on cut loss. hope is not an investment strategy, stick to that. and for the first hour it hit 0.43, i think it can easily close below 0.40 today. but i might be wrong, trade at own risk
