Last 2 quarter result already exceed whole of last financial year profit. Stock currently trading at a low P/E with a strong cash flow & good cash/cash equal. balance. I am confident at the end of the year, they will give a better dividend. My TP remains at RM1.20 by year end.

Finance lease income will continue to generate good profits for remaining quarters. With US increasing interest rate, US$ will continue to go up, forex gain will continue. Only incertainty is in the ethanol division. Finance lease should be able to more than make up for the shortfall in the ethanol production.

US$ play and Trump play. With forecast increase in US infrastructure spending demand for plywood will increse. FLB sales mainly to the US. Keeping my fingers crossed this will give some growth and increase in share price in the future.

US expect to increase interest rate. US$ will become stronger. FLB profit will be better and share price will up a bit. This is my hope.

My understanding and reason I bought:

1) Last quarter, profit down because boat departed late and sales figure was effected, if not, sales and profit would have been comparable to previous quarter.

2) Going forward, the are investing in new machines. I am sure they are doing this as there is demand from existing customers.

3) Stock trading very close to NTA.

4) Gives good dividend.

5) In Dec last year, Director was buying. He must know something I don't.

Please, please tell me what I am missing.

Yes, the sale leaseback of the power gen to Tembusu is one of the reason I am back into HEXZA. The payment was suppose to start in July 2015 but was reschedule and started in July 2016 as stated in page 10 of their 2016 annual report.

The monthly rental of USD130,205.00 at an exchange rate of 4.45 will give an annual revenue of RM6.95 million. The initial investment was USD6 million at an exchange rate of 3.27 (as stated by SenSeng Loh) over 10 years will give an annual depreciation of RM1.96 million. Lets say the operating cost of this new business is RM0.5 million (I am overstating here as worst case scenario and to factor in any potential strengthening of the RM) this will give a net income of RN4.49 million or an additional EPS RM0.022.

With this, assume current biz gives same EPS & DPS as last year, I am hoping of a minimum increase of dividend of RM0.01 to RM0.055 per share in 2017.

Given the share price is trading at around a multiple of 20 times dividend, my target price is similar to what hornbill stated earlier of RM1.10. If the dividend is increased to RM0.06 than target price will be increased to RM1.20.

Company starting to buy back at 0.59~0.60. 0.59 could be the new support.

Average down at 4.53 and 4.50. Can't wait to see the % of edotco shares placed in order to get the valuation on edotco. Feel the management made the right move, IPO market is weak, private placement is more soft cost effective, faster to raise funds and am hoping they got better valuation with the private placement.

Why is management wasting money with free worthless warrants, based on current stock price? The investment bankers, consultants, bursa etc charge a fair bit for this exercise. Better use the funds to buy back shares, especially from Advance Capital. I think with management buying back shares, I will have more confidence than the warrants.

Yes, this morning for about 1 minute, from 10:16 am till 10:17 am, someone accumulated a lot of shares.

I am also anxiously waiting for news on M&A. By being able to consolidate MAAGAP results, they will be able to report revenue on top of share of profit. I don't think this will help EPS much, have to wait for this biz to grow. Need to acquire a couple more profitable businesses. Than will fly.

Director disposing share at current level. They know more than us and don't have confidence will go up higher. So can guess limited up side from here.

It's up to Bursa to approve extention or not. Chairman has said wants to maintain company as listed. I think Bursa will give extension. Bursa needs to promote itself, having many listed company only increases Bursas own value. It is in their interest to grant the extension too.

Looks like stabilising.....volume down, price ranging 4.20~4.25

This quarter net profit margin close to 2%. Even lower than the 3+% for the last 2 Financial Year. Makes me wonder if they have been winning contracts by bidding low prices. Let's take this as a worst case scenario, 2 billion sales with 2% margin gives a EPS of 0.05. With a P/E of 10, share price is RM0.50 but if P/E of 12 share price of RM0.60. I think the stock is fairly valued at current price.

I am looking to buy. Like the potential growth into new markets, good dividend yields, net cash etc. Biggest fear right now is foreign funds, as they have been selling, and have significant holding in this stock. What if they accelerate their selling? For now watching.

Yes, who knows.
1) I maybe dreaming that they will pay dividend twice a year of 3 cents each. We will know in a few months time.
2) I think after all the buy backs, majority share holder is now closer to 40%, but I may be dreaming again.
3) Directors are responsible and would like to keep their reputation by not over paying for new biz, as not to effect their reputation and ownership in other publically traded companies. But again, I may be dreaming.

Like I said, calculated risk.

Yes, there is a risk.
1. Without biz, make losses and over time depletes cash.
2. Directors go on a spending spree. Go to US, produce a film, buy expensive art & properties etc.
3. Share buy back depletes the funds.

There is this sort of risk with any company you invest in, just different degree. Where directors might misappropriate funds, pay themselves too much, spend on unnecessary things etc. But we must calculate the risk. If don't want any risk, put money in the bank.
