Do you think religion is good for the world or not good for the world?
Without religion, we wouldn’t have holidays and the Commandments, beautiful art, beautiful music and beautiful architectures. All these things were developed by religions.

In the US, the whole school system started with Bible school in the olden days where the cowboys and the Indians. The schools were Bible schools. On the other hand, without religion, there won’t be so many wars, probably without Christianity there wouldn’t be Holocaust.
So the world better off with or without religion?

Without religion, you have communism, killed millions of people, that’s without religion. That is hard decision. Religion have been “have good and have bad”.

BUT we have to separate religion from God.
Religion is what people said about God. Religion Is not God and that’s why you have such a different opinion.

One religion said “God is peace, God is forgiving, and God loves you” and another religion said “God is strong, God is powerful and if you don’t obey Him, I have to kill you”. So, who is right?
They both wrong. BUT religion is what people said about God. If the world say that it will be better without religion , it is probably true. BUT the whole is not better off without God.

The problem with communism is not that they don’t have religion. It is they didn’t have God.
There was a debate, George Washington was religious or not? He didn’t go to Church, he didn’t observe the holidays. BUT he believed in GOD and that’s good.

What’s GOD’s MESSAGE? In the GOD’s MESSAGE is not what people said about God. GOD’s MESSAGE is what GOD said about Himself and what He said about the people. His opinion about us, not our opinion about Him.

There’s the Book, the Book is the Word of GOD. He revealed for everybody, for the whole world. Is going to happen. The sooner the better. The world is coming to the People of God and ask “Please tell us what God wants”.

Warrants now RM0.22, expiring in 10 years time (conv price RM0.39), currently the premium is RM0.25 which is 69%, madness. BUT if you really got the facts right that the Mother will become RM5 (in Nov 2029), the son could be RM4.61 then, hold until 2029, your profit will be RM4.39 for one Warrant.

I may be wrong, but read somewhere the Company has expanded to Vietnam to capture those cashless payment system. The market there is growing very faster. No need what those local politics power project. Go Vietnam alone you can not finish eating.

Even you got the warrants for FREE, you will not subscribe for the Shares now because the Exercise Price (RM2.62) is higher than the current market value (RM2.03) of the Shares. You might as well buy the ordinary shares directly without the Warrants.

IF the exercise Ratio is 2 : 5 , means buying 2 Warrants can subscribe for 5 Shares. The cost for 2 warrants could cost RM1.00 and to subscribe 5 Shares (5 X RM2.62) will cost RM13.10 only. The total cost to own 5 Shares then will cost RM2.82 each (RM14.10 / 5). Therefore, mathematically the Warrants are worthless now or they carry the premium when converting.

Before approaching the maturity date (5 DEC 2024) or when the Shares can fetch more than RM2.82 a unit, then the Warrants will be valuable.

Given the allowance of PE 10, as many experts would be able to accept, this share can fetch almost RM0.26 a unit on our face today.

Personally, I feel this counter is under valued.

BUT, I am afraid if some interested parties wanted it to stay low until such time.

Friends, Thanks for sharing. I learned all those accounting knowledge while in the classroom, in the University . In fact I got an "A" in Financial Accounting but I am not an accountant.

We invest in shares for its future not because of the current performance of the company. Thus, the calculations of PE and EPS will be applied to determine the fair value for a share.
Its price will increase on the anticipation that the coming Quarters will be better.

As long we continue to bear in mind the needed effort and can improve the quality of the Balance Sheet, the value will grow and the public will notice it.

QR is part of the Balance Sheet. From this A4 size paper which consist of all the summarized data, you can translate the company's performance into such a lengthy possibilities. SO, the numbers and facts in the Account/Financial Statement are very important. They look at your retained profits, type of assets, balances in the banks, accumulated losses, total liabilities and numbers of share issued, etc.

Some said the investors need to keep the shares for 2 or 3 years before they can enjoy the profits but likely the Company can make it shorter. Who know?

I supposed that the buyback shares of 1 mil units refer to one amount only despite of the multiple disclosure.

In deed, It is a sign of confidence displayed by the Company. The funds for the buyback can be raised internally, through better financial arrangement. Good. The more creative one could be that the Company had saved those periodical dividend payouts and do more buyback of shares to reduce the issued shares of 1.3 bil units. Consolidate the shares could be an option, like 2 shares to become one share.

Another better situation we may be able to see sometimes in some very good companies, they called it "investment" in the Balance Sheet. These companies have public listed shares of other companies. Even invested in lands also can help, no doubt.

Revaluation of the land and building (need to pay gain tax) and lesser issued shares in the open market can strengthen the Balance Sheet.

By such time, after growing organically and gradually, the value of shares shall be appreciated naturally.

Philosophical -

The world is divided into four kingdoms - the inorganic/mineral (iron, silver..), vegetable, animal and then there is human.

Different kingdoms - the animal is different from the human and the vegetable is different from the stone. They have different realities, qualities, properties and characteristics.

Human being is different from animal. Human being speaks, communicates intelligently, got freedom of choice...

The primary distinction made the human being human is that the human being is driven by a need to fulfill a PURPOSE..to feel that life is satisfying. Means to know "I am fulfilling my purpose". A human that convinced there is no purpose is a damaged human being.

Every dog has its Day...after months or years...when the value became more visible...more revenue, profits, assets became more expensive, thus the market value of the shares will increase..

I know how but I don't have the means to do it. Collected more than enough at RM0.31 , now push it...

IF someone tell you, "Don't always going for holidays by use aeroplane ". This is not helping yet, because driving cars on the road got higher risk than aeroplane flying in the sky.

Directors sold, mandatory to declare. Can directors use proxies to collect the shares without have to inform you?

The directors sold some 50,000 shares, at say RM0.28 each, for what? Wanted to pump some petrol, is it?

Sometimes, you do not need to borrow shares to short/sell high buy low..but using your own shares to sell some..,tomorrow sell massively..buy back quickly same day...then the day after joining the crowd to celebrate the hike..ALL happy. Today, Directors could have collected more than what they have sold. Is not the shark or syndicate...simply the interested parties do not want miss the profits.

When Armada came down from RM0.48 to RM0.36 within a same afternoon, the reason being....

This morning, when TDM came back to RM0.305 from RM0.33, in the process, the interested partied earnestly selling/profit takings, then they did collect plentifully at RM0.31 obviously until the closing.

Chances, the push is in the pipeline..

Supply and Demand - by now many countries know about fried chicken, higher population, so the consumption of minyak kelapa sawit should have increased gradually until today. The palm oil is the cheapest if compare to other oils such as soya oil, minyak kacang, olive oil.

As such, the price of palm oil can be contained anymore when supply can't meet the demand.

Btw, the QRs by the companies are too brief. The regulatory bodies must insisted a more detailed one. How can? By right each company can have the daily Balance Sheet. For example, a bank must report to BNM daily until the number of 5 sen coins in their strongroom else those bank officers can not clock out yet.

The annual report dated 31.12.2018 got RM2.14 b total asset, RM1.06 b total liabilities and therefore the Shareholders' equity is RM1.01 b.

Basing on 1,682,641,000 units of shares issued ( Capital employed is RM350,713,000.) and the Shareholders' equity (RM1.01 b), each unit can carry a value of RM0.65 only.

After 3 times of QR, when recorded profits, the value could be better.
