TDM said as part of the purchase of the stake, comprising of 25.90m shares, TDM and THP agree to settle part of the inter-company advances by THP-YT to THP Suria Mekar SB (THSM) – a unit of THP – of RM78.68m. It said part of the advances of RM62m shall be settled by a facility sum to be taken by the company from a bank. (Starbiz)

The ideal choice will be buying over the shares which have not already owned by the major shareholders, at the lower price. But the public would evaluate the price for surrendering their shares.

There were companies re-quoted/relisted their companies after some restructuring of the companies at the same Exchange while others relisted in another Exchange or in another country.

Should there is such a move to take KNM private, the public will be surely excited to be part of the corporate actions.
