Now After Xingquan crashed to 40 sen from Rm1.00 i read that it got Rmb1 Billions parked under Cash account

So i bought 10,000 shares of Xingquan at 40 sen
I managed to sell at 50 sen for a profit of Rm1,000

It was a blind act but i sold because of these two reasons

1. Someone posted photos of Xingquan shoe manufacturing machines
They looked like from Mao Xi Tung era. They stick the soles of the shoes by hand???

Another thing is this
They gave out Rights Issues to ask for money to expand their business
Telling all how good their business prospects

I smelled a rat as if they really got Rmb1 Billions they should have more than enough funds already
Why the need to ask for more money?

In the end it turned out this company was a total fake

2 to 3 years ago when Johor Single storey houses were priced around Rm300,000 a unit and similar single storey houses in Kl priced at Rm600,000 a unit (or twice that of Jb) and Penang Island glade single storey house priced at Rm900,000 a unit ( at that time one similar house in Penang worth 3 in jb)

We told those in Penang to sell their single storey houses for Rm900,000 and then use the same proceeds to buy 3 similar houses in Jb for Rm300,000 each

Then stay in one house in Jb and rent out two others and retire

If anyone has taken this advise will now see single storey house price in Jb has jumped from Rm300,000 to Rm500,000

So his / her 3 houses will now have equity of

Rm500,000 x 3

= Rm1.5 Millions
So from Rm900k to Rm1.5 mil is up by Rm600K

Or up by 66.6%

And when Rts from Spore to Jb up in end 2026 prices will rise even more

When he saw MAMEE issuing Warrants he loaded up. Company Share

Buy Backs on MAMEE helped to push up the Warrants. So he loaded

up more Mamee warrants. It was really effortless. Riding Mamee

Warrants when Company bought up Mamee shares and took it private

later.

Same goes for PTaras Jaya. PTaras was into piling work for foundation.

In high rise construction the first job is piling and so Ptaras Jaya will get

paid first. How did he know? My Johor Sifu’s Brothers were Big Time

Developers. Another thing is – PTaras Profit Margin is substantial. So

he told me to buy PTaras Jaya at Rm1.40. Another reason is this. While

exercising ESOS PTaras Jaya Top Boss also bought PTaras shares
