The problem of Jtiasa is "Why no analyst from IB is recommending this stock".
I also feel very good on this stock, the question behind my mind is "Why no analyst wants to cover this stock since Jtiasa is so good".
I believe both FA and TA are good, very sad that the share price of this stock just cannot perform well.
30 years ago, Jtiasa is a blue chip listed in KLSE.

Cost of Cpo production was Rm1400 and Cpo price was Rm2200 in year 2019

When Cpo crossed Rm5000 to Rm6000 range cost of production also gone up to Rm2500-Rm3000 range due to higher fertilizer cost and labour cost

Now Fcpo dropped back to Rm3700 and cost also dropped back to Rm2000

Now cost of production will come down further due to 3 factors

1. Natural gas down by 80% from Usd10.00 to only Usd2.00

Nitrogen fertilizer will be cheap

2. Opening of borders bring in lower cost labour

3. Automation cut cost and labour further

A cash rich co with Rm505 million or 63 sen net cash

Can expect good dividends

Taann gave 40 sen dividend which translates to more than 12% now
