Take a look on housing index of Klang valley, JB and Penang. What was the price per sqft then and now.

Sales at these states will sure impacted due to flood issue. Lost of sales due to road transport been cut or it incurred higher cost to deliver paper to these area. Not to mention if people will rather spend money on food rather newspaper.
