To me, price appreciation is more important than dividend. Sometimes, the dividend is so paltry it is an insult. Case in point, if I had held on to DKSH in anticipation of the dividend, I would have been 70 plus sen poorer per share. When taking into account the opportunity lost, like switching to Harison for example, the monetary implications are huge..

Hi Marvyn! Having not lost money in your last five years from the Stock Market is a commendable record. Keep it up! If you have evolved a succesful formula in picking stocks, don't change it!

Even inspite of dividend announcement, share still hammered down. How low can it still go? Only consolation is its low volume. Anyway my interest is only acadamic, as I had disposed all my shares in early April. If you are not scared of catching a falling knife, you can be handsomely rewarded when the price picks up.
