I believe why YKK and OTB are so successful in the stock market is because they don't depend too much on fundamentals. The market is far too dynamic to rely solely on facts (fundamentals). Their stock selection is based on Anticipation. Markets trade on Anticipation - not on facts.

That's the problem. Mother secures contract from aircraft manufacturers for engine parts including engine casing. Mother gives the contract for engine casing to SAM. Mother determines the profitability of the job to SAM from the contract price.

I understand mother gets the contracts. Son's contracts comes from mother. If this is correct, then mother can `manipulate' the profits of the son. I hope that I'm wrong.

My worry is that SAM's financial results can be manipulated. The reason being that the jobs are secured by the mother company. The Mother can `maipulate' the financial results of SAM from the number of jobs passed to them. I hope to be corrected?

Making baseless assumptions is misleading and dangerous. For starters, little of the Federal Reserve's Q1,Q2 and Q3 reached the general public. The banks kept most of it as they earned interest from it (from the Fed) without any risk whatsoever.
