Even if RM strengthen vs SGD, how much only. Energy demand ever increasing. Increase in demand larger than increase in Exchange rate . We focus on the small things that don't matter. Don't forget hor, fuel price also become cheaper.

My suggestion, keep the bank and reit shares esp if u bought them during covid time. Their interest r respectable. Once Fed cut interest, REITs will benefit the most. YTLP, sold mostly at 5.xx. Just this morning clear the balance at 4.20. Decent profit esp YTLP doesn't give much dividend. will start recollection once I see value hor. Hv a feeling dark clouds r ahead.

I just sold off the balance I had.
Anyway buy at 0.68. So sell at any price also untung. Just not as much untung.

Waiting at 4.85... Just buy la. No regrets. I bought the shares at 0.68 and kept to lay eggs for abt a year. Then buy again at 3.88. So far no regrets.

I wait at 3.30 to buy more like this. The Ranhill investment has another agenda especially when water is important for DC running AI. They need dependable body providing water, what better way than to control it. Jumpa at 4.xx again.😎
