Here I provide you a simplified calculation method to determine the warrant price, and it is useful when the parity is between 0.8 to 1.0 (parity = mother share price/exercise price of warrant), now the the mother share price is about 4.34 , since is 10 years duration of warrant, give 40% premium , therefore (4.3)x 1.4=6.02, the warrant fair value is 6.02-4.72(exercise price)=1.30

another conservative method is used the discounting factor to FIND the present value of exercise price 4.72 in 10 years, assume the FD rate per year is 3.2%, therefore PV (present value) of 4.72 is 4.72/1.37=3.445, so the intrinsic value of warrant is 4.34-3.445=.895 means is about 90 cents, so what are you waiting for ..................???

Actually I am trying to point out that GCB, JB Foods and Petra Foods all are doing the same type of business, and both JB and Petra were making losses over last few quarters, and finally Petra had decided to dispose its cocoa grinding factory in Indonesia, then only is able to make profit through its branded business, and GCB had ONLY making loss in current quarter, if GCB management is considered lousy, what about Petra and JB ? I think we should give fair comments on them instead of SINGLE OUT GCB.
