leeyh: Based on my 20 years experience in warrant investing, the premium normally for warrant with parity of 80% to 90 % range of a 5 years duration warrant is about 20% to 25%, so in this case,it is VERY conservatively logical to use 40% of premium to determine the FAIR VALUE of the warrant since its duration is 10 years and its has a fairly good VOLATILITY both in volume and price FLUCTUATION of its mother share.

The warrant will continue to move toward RM 1.0 and pullback due to this strong nature resistance, after consolidation at 95 to 98 for a while,then it will assault the Rm 1.0 resistance with the help of mother share upward momentum ,finally the warrant will settle at its equilibrium fair value price level range of Rm 1.20 to RM1.30,and the mother share settle between RM 4.4 to RM 4.5 range, thereafter any up/down will be depended on market demand and supply forces.
