Director Ooi Kock Aun and Director Tey Por Yee are same gang, they bought the shares at about 90 cents to Rm1.0 more than a year ago for about 75 millions shares, now they are selling off slowly, be aware, Tey Por yee may start selling when ooi finish selling his. we just wait and see !

Please refer to major shareholders' announcement, major shareholders Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun have unloaded all their iretex-wa , means all the warrants will be "burnt" when come to expiration, you peoples better go and understand who are Tey Por Yee and ooi Kock Aun before you buy any IRETEX-LA.

If today's volume was due to unloading of major shareholders ( looks like, because it was too BIG), then the good prospect of IRETEX-LA of being a "non-burnt" has gone, means the mother share will eventually stay below 60 cents for long, then the IRETEX-LA will remain as ICULS only.DON NOT BUY ANY IRETEX-LA yet ,until the announcement by the major shareholders are out !

yes, we are buying bimb-wa and mrcb-wa too, I anticipate by year end, BIMB can reach 5.0 to 5.20 due to expecting net profit of about 510 millions with PE 15, while I expect bimb-wa should rise to 1.0 1.20 by then.

currently, BIMB-wa is trading at high gearing (7.3) due to the disposal by funds (they hold about 90%) is same as MRCB-wa, however mrcb-wa is not as bad as Bimb-wa now ,because EPF is almost finish selling, perhaps need another 3 weeks.
