We have invested more than 30 millions unit so far, will add more in coming 2 weeks (EPF is about finish selling in 2 to 3 weeks time) before Q2 results is released on August,MRCB is going to make PBT 500 millions for the years 2014 due to assets disposal, provisions write-back and others(disclosed by management in recent AGM) , till CNY the full year 2014 financial results will be released by then , buy more and at least hold till CNY,based on my theory of Nine,Global markets are likely to experience a strong bull after 21st December 2014 till 21st March 2016,thereafter global markets CRASH is likely to occur , perhaps drag down by property bubble burst from China, we just wait and see.

yes, we are buying bimb-wa and mrcb-wa too, I anticipate by year end, BIMB can reach 5.0 to 5.20 due to expecting net profit of about 510 millions with PE 15, while I expect bimb-wa should rise to 1.0 1.20 by then.

currently, BIMB-wa is trading at high gearing (7.3) due to the disposal by funds (they hold about 90%) is same as MRCB-wa, however mrcb-wa is not as bad as Bimb-wa now ,because EPF is almost finish selling, perhaps need another 3 weeks.

Buy more BIMB-wa now, it is heavily undervalued, once the funds have finish unloading (they can not hold due to restriction of their Deeds), it will move up to its equilibrium price of about 85 cents at present price level of mother share.

I expect it will go beyond RM 1.0 when Mayland has decided to merge some its operations with L&G,I anticipate most likely it will happen some times in the second half of 2016 when MRT is near its completion, the Cheras central will be injected into a REIT entity owned by L& G , and L&G will issue shares to acquire Cheras Central from MAYLAND, and also the remaining shares owned by Mayland In Element 2 in Ampang and others rent receiving properties and this is will be resulting Mayland own more than 50% of L& G (currently its effective control rate is about 29% after all its LAs are converted), and finally L& G will be renamed as Mayland.

I have converted since last year by batches when there is a discount, why so silly go and buy mother share ? buying La and convert , you will get 2 cents cheaper,the ex-date is quite likely to be in October 2014 after AGM in September 2014.

yes, you get RM 25 free per 1000LA converted,if price remain unchange when you receive your mother shares within 2 to 3 weeks, you can sell them to take profit and buy La again and convert into mother shares for 2nd round,3rd round etc, this process is called "arbitraging" in financial term.

you should swap into warrant, the logic is as follow, 1 mother share to 6.5 warrants, when mother shares reach 2.2 (may be your cost) , warrant at least 40 cents or more,if 40 cents, 6.5 x 40 cents =RM 2.60 , make profit 40 cents. understand ? lynnc
