I will use the

I will suggest to the board during coming AGM, to propose a reverse-bonus instead in order to reduce the number shares before moving towards M&A with Mayland.

I do not think they are going to propose any bonus in near future.

I think the 2 cents dividend will be paid after AGM in late September 2014, and I will be there during AGM

Just a reminder, retailers should buy MRCB-wa instead of MRCB mother share, the logic is that if MRCB rises to RM 3.0 as expected by lloydlim, then MRCB-wa will trade at the region of RM .80 to RM 1.0 depends on WHEN MRCB mother share rises to RM 3.0, buying at Rm 1.75 now, when it rises to RM 3.0 the gain is (1.25/1.75) x 100 =71.4 %, where as MRCB-wa rises to say RM .80, the gain is (52/28) x 100=185.7 %, see the different ?

This news is telling you that,if Mayland convert all LA they have(about 240 millions)into the mother share in September to entitle to dividend 2 cents, and the rest of of LA holders are not converting simultaneously, Mayland 's holding in L&G will exceed 33%, hence trigger MGO as required by the Law.

The CFO has talked too much, they should not propose any bonus, instead they should consolidate 2 share into 1, then inject some assets from Mayland

My analysis is as follows:

(1) The insider trading charges against Bill Ch'ng by SC could be a planned event to move him out of Driver seat from MPC, if he willingly dilute his shareholding , perhaps charges might be dropped accordingly for his cooperation.

(2) TPY (he is good in doing such thing)is instructed to go in to perform the restructuring,hence Money owed to ADSB will be settled,bank default will be dissolved.

(3) In order to ensure the success of right issue with warrants and ICULS A and B, MPC price will be maintained at around 60 cents (TPY is good at this job) after ex-date , and on the hand, to make sure warrants B with ex. price of RM 1.0 hold by Bill Ch'ng will be "BURNT" on expiration, the consequence is that TPY will merge out as the largest shareholders of MPC after he convert all his warrant c and LA and LB.

(4) pending project will go on with help from Protasco since TPY is the 2nd largest shareholder and excutive director

(5) If all the above materialize accordingly, Bill Ch'ng and his family, ADSB ,RHB bank,TPY, Pratasco and MPC shareholders will happily laughing to the bank and say " see ! cytew is perfectly right

TPY is 2nd biggest shareholder in Protasco (about 17.7%), and biggest shareholder in Iretex ( about 27.5%), and he is executive director in both company

As I know, TPY now is holding about 60 million shares in Protasco, and 30 millions in Iretex.
