If u check the price history, the price has been BELOW 2c for most of its listing history before it started to rise in 2017.

The problem is : If you buy @ 8c & hold, it may drop all the way to 2c then rebound to only 4c so you may never get out alive!!! Yesterday I had a vivid dream where I saw focus at the top of the top volume list with heavy dumping @ 3.5/4c
