it was SAPU--LAH....this eco cycle is small still,,,not big enough to affect nationwide GE>...only a bundle of sub contracts who made noise due to debt cannot claimed back,,,

I always dind't understand why the SAPU-Lah bought all these assest from other comp during peak in 2014? everyone would have done differently, more cautiously... and then some big share holder sold at peak share price...and then i also didn;t understand much why SAPU--LAH always won the contract and ended some of them losing money...

correct me if i am wrong about above ,.....just my thinking and thoughts, not a sell call or buy call...

maybe you gusy can tell me...why alll these things happen....money losing contract, biught assest at higest price, and sold share price at higest share price by big share holders...

all these plans etc are meant to prolong the operation of the company, do we think the management care about share price etc? if you are the top managament, what is the most important thing?

the most important is to prolonge the company operation, whether selling 2 bil, 3 bil, 4 bil, most important is to settle the debt now to extend the operation, so that all management can continue sitting on thick pay/flat pay.

meantime, if i am CEO, i rope in all important figures, in O&G industry, give them all sort of luxurious position, so once the SAPU LAH collapse, someone from my contacts can lender me a hand to rope me into thier compan

share price gone up from 50+sen to highest around rm2.40...and Institute fund shouts to rm 3-4....sounds very similar to glove counters during COVID time...many retail investors refuse to sell at RM 28++ before share splitting, following IB call thinking can go up to RM 50++....and most retailer got burnt due to no sell at high, keep it till forever and now glove is below RM 1.

YTL share price gone up to RM 2.4....still you guys no sell....waiting to go to RM 3/4...

and on the other hand, some of us decide to cling on here, we bear some hope, if the current big boss TS LKS give up this, and CUCCO PLD with more capital fund to shape the future, then i see there is slight hope where in 2-3 years time (when property boom again), the share price will go up to Rm 1+++ under new leadership...

If the company remain with the TS LKS and his geng, you can expect the similar trend in share price...the guy will sell at high before dividend, and buy after x -date, to make that different gains....lowest level of money making tricks.

dude, not finally, most of us know this isn;t a very successful investment after fiorst few years, but thanks to the stratagey to average down, many of us having some gain due to averaging down..not much though, but the gain is like compensating our investement + interest....so we aren;t too upset... and because the fact the current share price + dividends, already exceeed most of our averaged down buying price, so we are in comfort zone dude.

I never say this is a good investment from day 1....its crystak clear this is a lousy company led by lousy management....only the thing is how do we get back our investment plus return, and most of us have it back, so its lesson learn, then we contonue sit on here on board to see how it goes...

Unless, CUCCO Land, TanSri GLC step in, inject more, coming our more plans, otherwise...its a failed company, going to be holding company with all management sitting there burning the money until the group retired.

So my point here is, i beleive most of us in same fate, stuck around 50-60sen++ having some surplus due to now 34sen+33+6 sen dividend...

but we need to admit, this is a lousy investment!!!!, 7 years, if keep your investement in bank, you can have 30% added on your initial investement amount..

so this company is a failure.

i believe most of us averaged down to 60-50sen ++...with some not averaging down at all, and now suffer almost 50% loss.

I don;t believe those guy who claim they nibble at lowest of 25 sen...having 20-30 sen low average.

Normally if you are keen investor, you either invested much high price, and averaging down alsowly, or you don;t invest at all...
You cannot be going in at just the right time to get at 25 sen...no way!
From IPO price rm1.2, some invested at 80 sen, 70 sen, 60 sen, 50 sen ++even 40 sen, but the average price is higher than 40 sen i believe.

Actually Warchest/Risk8888 are both right...the company is a damn failure....initial IPO Rm 1.2, after 7 years, now is 70sen+ with all dividends factored, isn;t a big failure?the way the run this company, they way they strategize thier biz, all a big failure...thas why you see they are under pressure (most likely from QLC CUCCO group) to recoup the initial investement via dividend payout.

The TS LKS and his geng think they can cling on to burn the money...but i beleive the CUCCO side will not allow.

Anyway, for those who nibble at around 50-40,30 sens, i beleive the current price has exceed your average price...so its not a big deal now as these group of investors have recoup thier investment.

But still, we have to admit, this is a failure company.

in my opinion, I should never look at these glove counters again, including the big fours glove counters and other small counters. These counters shot up sky high and dipped bottom low, who are the beneficiary?

Many retailers stuck bottom low ended up buying superhigh. To me these glove counters are in big sharks/funds radar, either local or foreign fund, no way I or we can get any gain from these kinda glove counters.

And the better way for me is, stay away from these glove counters forever, let the big shark and boss syok senderi, taking up and down. Let thel syok senderi.

Lets face it, these counters are in big shark radar. Highly volatile and we cannot win it...
just let go, and let them syok sendiri.

In my opinon, just my opinion, the glove counters, the big 3 or 4 are too outstanding during COVID time....it attracts sharks and big fund to come in and play, and when big sharks and big fund are in, its very hard for small retail buyers to win these stocks...everyone know what happened later with the stocks plunged and many suffer too much.

we should learn from these bad experience....lets face the fact, these glove counters are in Sharks and Big Fund radars, no matter what retailer analyze or do, the outcome will be the same as what happened before...

Just my opinion, i never invest in these gloves, but there are people whom i know who really suffer huge loss from these counters....

So my opinoon, whatever happened, what ever appear in thier Financial reports, good or bad, promising or less promising, i would avoid these glove stocks, let those big funds /big sharks take it up and down they themselves.

Lets face it, the glove stocks are in the radar of big fund/sharks... its very risky one to jump in and sail with them...regardless of who sifu master advices. i would just shunt away from these counters forever.

It just does not make sense for big 3, especially the TanSri QLC, Hong Leong Big Boss, to have invested in a company @RM1-RM1.2, with no or least return in past 6-7 years...Money is not a matter for QLC, reputation is the most important.

The stock in the end, just my opinion. should, and must exceed its IPO price, even after the all dividends...i beleive this will come very soon based on the recent developments.

Yeah RM 1.2 is a bench mark to decide to sell.....agree with Warchest.

Lyuon 91, i hope so, Warchest also hope the same i guess...based on thier announcement yesterday, they mentioned very good sale proceed which generate more cash...so this hints next QR in Sep will be favourable...

remember initially they members all 900 mil as cash back to investors, first tranch of 12.5sen,, in three batches to around 37 sens....Remember thi is mentioned as poprosed.

Now they announce first tranch of 33 sen...which is this is much more than they informed early, so i think in reality they are making good profit and sale proceeds...
As a matter of facts, during COVID-Post COVID, there is no new launch or new construction launch.... i think all completed properties/units before COVID/ during COVID, should be a;ready absorbed well by market buyers...high inflation may trigger interest in investing in property....so...they may have good sale proceeds...

whether they hide it in UK account...we dunno know...but seems like the report should be good...

I think, just my opinion, the EWINT is charted by CEO Datuk Chang/Teow/ Tan Sri LKS.
Another big shareholder is Hong Leong Boss Tan Sri QLC....

I think Big share holder, could be Tan Sri QLC wanted to cash back to capitalized on advantageous MYR/GBP exhange rate currently (Multiyear high GBP vs MYR)...

So this is what they have to do to be answerable to Tan Sri QLC who like many of us, invested since 2016 and only gets rewarded with one or two times dividends.

of course the ECOWORLD gengs, Datuk Teow/Chang, TanSri LKS will be happy to keep all cash with EWINT as they are into it, but somewhere outside the management my not want casr reserved to be trapped within the compnay forever.

So it makes senses for me that now after years, and during high GBP/MYR exchange, and during the high interesat Era....to have cash back while remianing some as working capital modal.

my broether in construction industry--a technical director in develope+construction for high rise...internatiinal appearance...recently got a job offer, after years of quiet job market...

it seems more contracts are issued, more work are in planning, more projects are in designing now...

which we can expect industry is really plannig for post-high interedst era...

SO it is very realistic and probably , the share price after 1nd and snd dividend, after price adjustment, to be in range of 50-60 sen (so this will please and calm down all investor of buying RM 1,2 IPO price (Tan Sri QLC Hong leong boss will be satified I guess).

And another property boom coming next year or year after, my guess and my hope, will bring the share price after to RM 1++...

They launched most projects before COVID and sold most before COVID, so the COBID and high interest rate borrowing cost has minimal impact on them in fact...so we we consider they do not make profit at all, so the worth of one share would be 2.3 b / 2.4 bil of share, which means each share price should worth rm 50-60 (after share adjustment), even after they dipatch 1st interim dividend (33 sen), and second interim (expected 20sen ++)....
