Once mandatory foreign worker covid-19 screening is completed on 28 Feb, we should be able to see cases come down. The cases in factories/workplaces with really high positivity rates do not happen overnight - they have been left to spread within these groups for weeks or even longer and are only now being detected. Once this backlog has been cleared - workers quarantined or offending companies locked down, things would hopefully be better...just in time for 4 March
