　　华盛顿11月3日消息：美国数据传输网络（DTN）分析师乔·卡尔林撰写的分析文章指出，近几个月来豆油一直是CME农产品期货市场的明星产品，上周价格涨至36.23美分/磅，是2014年7月份以来的最高点。

　　马来西亚和印尼棕榈油产量下滑，原油期货市场反弹提振生物燃料生产利润，买豆油卖豆粕的套利活跃，是此次豆油价格飙升的一些原因。

　　就全球植物油市场形势来看，棕榈油所占全球植物油总产量的比例最高，达到35%。2016/17年度全球植物油产量估计为1.86亿吨。其次是豆油，占到29%，菜籽油占到14%，葵花油占到9%。其他五类植物油包括椰子油、棕榈仁油、棉籽油和花生油，不过这五种油只占到13%。

　　虽然今年以及过去三年里植物油产量创下历史最高纪录，但是消费一直非常强劲。因而全球植物油库存估计为1800万吨，这将是期末库存连续第四年下滑，目前是2011/12年度以来的最低。

　　期末库存用量比甚至更低，只有9.81%，是2007/08年度以来的最低水平，当时为9.24%。从各个植物油来看，棕榈油库存用量比为11.55%，是2008/09年度以来的最低，菜籽油库存用量比为2011/12年度以来的最低，葵花油库存用量比为8.71%，是2005/06年度以来的最低。对于豆油而言，库存用量比只有6.73%，是1976/77年度以来的最低，当时6.3%。这也解释了豆油价格近来飙升的原因。
