Malaysia Raises Palm Biofuel Blend for Transport Sector to B10

(Bloomberg) -- Govt agrees to strengthen biodiesel program
by increase blend to B10, or blending 10% palm methyl ester with
90% petroleum diesel, Malaysia Commodities Ministry says in e-
mailed statement.

* Govt to also implement B7 program in industrial sector
* Both programs to be implemented progressively from June
* Both pogrames expected to contribute to annual consumption
of 709,000 tons of crude palm oil domestically
* Programs to contribute to saving of 820m liters of diesel/yr
* Biofuel to be supplied by Malaysian Biodiesel Assoc. that
consists of 22 members

there was a slow down ,in logs and plywood demand in last quarterly report,on demand from INDIA and Japan,has slow down, but by second part of the year, demand from these two countries will improve.Many foreign manufacturing businesses made their exits from China , due to higher labors cost ,reallocated their business into India,,while Japane has implemented negative interest rate, this action would stimulate consumers depand in general,housing demand could expected to be stronger.

the investment climate currently is at low ebb,sentiment is bad due to corruption at high places ,in particular issue like "1mdb" scandals, etc,would see better time , once these factors go away.

restudy the wording for private placement , it meant to have finalized , as request for listing for those shares was applied ,and approved by bursa,and several details was required to summit, then no furthen news.if price had not been fixed,and paid up,then you can't apply for listing.

any one know how log is priced, if you find out the log price, then can calculate the income from log. CPO is rather easier , just multiply with price derived from Futures market, expenses can take from last year annual report , there more or less can get roughly the estimate.

there are still many people out there still think,by second half of the year, weather would normalize and production would pick up, and the CPO selling price will slide, like it happened in the past years.So investors dared not hold for long term in their portfolio.Let me point out .Thia could not happen, due to a change of scenario, as Indonesia government has implemented B20 mandatary biodiesel program from the beginning of this year2016,any excess increases in production would be channeled to B20 program,which currently already is experiencing a short-fall,or inadquately supply of CPO.

x 12 (months)=356,400,000 rm
Plus = log ,plywood sectors earning and profit,
then less general expenses, wages,salaries ,transports,taxes ,etc ,
still a very very handsome net profit, atleast 20% more then previous year

i think good to divide the market into various sectors for analysis: u may be bullish in certain sectors , bearish on others.Plantaion sector looks slightly bullish,oil/gas ,/service/ consumers sectors still bearish ,infrastructure and property is flat,neutral.
