Bursa Malaysia Berhad and its subsidiaries will be closed on Monday, 2 September 2019, in lieu of Awal Muharram which falls on Sunday, 1 September 2019.

Bursa Malaysia and its subsidiaries will resume operations on Tuesday, 3 September 2019.

From 1 September 2019, all bookings for flights departing from Malaysia will be subject to a departure levy, in accordance with a directive from the Malaysian government.

For destinations within Asean, the departure levy is RM8 for economy class and RM50 for business class and business suites.

For those travelling beyond Asean, the departure levy is RM20 for economy class and RM150 for business class and business suites.
