The Court of Appeal has today dismissed the applications by JAKS for Erinford Injunction to restrain the Banks from releasing payment under the Bank Guarantees to the Company. As a result, the High Court’s decision on 23 July 2018 stands and the Banks are therefore required to release payment under the Bank Guarantees to the Company within 5 working days from 23 July 2018.
