The YTLPower-C33 is a call warrant issued by CIMB at conversion ratio of 1.5 call warrant to 1 mother share. What happen to the outstanding call warrants upon expiry? Will the warrants be “converted” & cash settled by CIMB e.g. for 1000 warrants mother @ 3.00, the holder will receive RM2,000 cash credited to a/c. Am i right?
