The cost of the sharebuyback for 790,000 shares was RM403,700. The company sold it at RM387,100. If Bina Puri is so undervalued like what you claim, why the shares were sold at a loss?
Do good company like PBBANK, TOPGLOV, QL trick its shareholders? BPURI will not go far

Bina Puri secured the land few years back. Why hold on to now. Missed the property boom cycle. Unable to execute it alone. Have to rope in Titijaya.

Calvin, is that how you arrived the valuation of highway? Simply apply 50% premium? Analysts have to work out the DCF valuation using toll rate, traffic forecasts, repayments of borrowings, etc. You can do it in one step! All the analysts are rubbish! Oh, so Bina Puri only has 12% effective stake in the RM15b Kuantan development project. When Bina Puri has property development business and the major shareholder has similar business on his private side (Bina Puri has just 12% small stake in Ideal Heights), there will be conflict of interest. Why it was not Bina Puri who directly secured the Kuantan project. After Ideal Heights getting the job then do share swap with Bina Puri, do you think the valuation of Ideal Heights will be cheap? Since 2003, bina Puri has raised RM100m from rights issue and private placement. Was this additional money raised put to good use? Market cap now only RM100m. The shareholders must be crying. Not enriching minority shareholders. If you have bought Gamuda and Ijm instead, you are much richer. Bina Puri management ok ah?

Calvin, par value previously was RM1. Which mean IPO time it was at least RM1 or higher. Why the share price performed so badly that it had to do capital reduction? Didn't you ever give a thought to it? Gamuda, IJM do not have this problem. By right, after 40 years, it should have enough reserve to do bonus issue instead of capital reduction. No bonus issue according to Bursa website back to 1999. Do you know that it actually raised RM40mn from right issues in 2003. Where has all the money gone?

Gadang has secured only a 24acre parcel of land and not the entire Kwasa Land development.
"Gadang does not need to borrow Rm 2.8 billion to buy the land.
