When equity is zero,
normally shareholders take losses by absorb 100,000 shares become 1 share.
Then only creditors take losses.

If shareholders claim Creditors are Shadow Directors
and Creditors manage Sap Sap Sui Company until bankruptcy
and incurred losses
so Creditors MUST be responsible for 100% of losses
and absorb huge losses,
then can talk until cows come home like 100 Billion years of UTC.

The facility, renamed Thailand Tokamak 1 (TT-1), was developed by the Institute of Plasma Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (ASIPP).
