And now that he is trying to get the share price to go up, the last thing he wants to do is to deepen jaks losses by unnecessarily injecting the 49% into jaks

After all if such a deal exists, it is a related party transaction and he will need to seek shareholders appaorval while he himself abstain from voting

An EGM will have to be called, it won’t happen quietly like Uncle Koon suggested

As far as I am concern, Uncle Koon is firing empty shots, try8ng to make an issue out of a non existing issue

Sslee also cannot stand qqq3 bullied me, he told Mr Koon to take out his name in the email as long as qqq3 is there. He told Mr Koon, qqq3 is an unscrupulous person and cannot be trusted.
He throws ultimatum to Mr Koon, either make friend with qqq3 or him.
Mr Koon chose qqq3, Sslee stopped communicate with Mr Koon anymore. They are no longer good friend, just ordinary friend.

If he got backbone he wouldn’t have gone and meet Uncle Koon
