Our dear Calvin desperately seeking attention either good or bad to fill up his time. i3 has inevitably being Calvin's one and only meaning of existence - repercussion of the lack of real socialisation.

There are telltale signs when a sane person cross the line to insanity.

1. Spend almost every waking hours glued to laptop screen.
2. Family and friends are non-existence entity.
3. The pot calling the kettle black. Calvin contradicting himself at a level unseen before in i3.
4. Weak and poor social skills interacting with human being in real life.
5. Excessive attention seeking to compensate the lack/deficiencies from his life.

Well done Calvin for achieving all five signs. Clap Clap Clap!

A lesson for newbies in stock market. Calvin needs to learn this hard hitting lesson before it's too late. I hope not! :D

Growthinvestor, i dont see how it is contradicting. First, KC intrinsic value is his own, nothing to do with mine. 2nd, his IV is at RM3+ and i say RM3+ is good for long term, whats wrong with that? Buying it at fair value, if you want.

If stock A will go from RM1 to RM2 in 10 years, means if you hold for 10 years, you will earn average of 10% a year. IF you buy at fair value, you will earn 10% in long run, if you buy at overvalued, you will earn less than 10%. Simple as that. This is a scenario considered you dont sell but hold for long term.

I will answer on growthinvestor's behalf.

A stock at its intrinsic value/fair value means margin of safety is closed. If you believe VS at RM3+ is good long term holding, you're saying KC's analysis on VS has been dead wrong.

How do you know VS at current price RM7+ is not fair value?
How do you know VS business can't improve and grow from current situation?

growthinvestor, growth companies has nothing to do with great investment, if investing is as easy as identifying growth and no-growth companies, we will all be rich lol

I will answer on growthinvestor's behalf.

The shares of a company represents ownership. Value investors know this phrase by heart. It's best to stop argument as Koon Yew Yin is clear winner on VS. Admit mistake and swallow your pride is the key to successful investing.

The argument ultimately lead to inevitable question;

Business has four cycles namely - start-up, grow, cash cow and dead/rejuvenate.

Which cycle is VS Industry in at the moment?

Is VS Industry to be classified and analysed as growth stock, value stock or gambling stock? An analyst employs value investing formulas on growth stock will obtain garbage answer and decision. Garbage in garbage out!

VS Indsutry business is in growth phase basing on EPS and profit.

HapSeng Company Share Buy Backs? Wake Up! Directors & Major Share Holders Have Been Selling HapSeng Since September 2013. Check it out carefully.

This is Year 2014. The GoGo Year of 2013 for HapSeng is over. HapSeng Price Has Doubled From RM1.50 to RM3.00 in just one short year. Going forward all 6 divisions of HapSeng Businesses face formidable headwind.

Don't Chase High Flying Shares This Year. Look at AEONCREDIT - how it crashes back down. The Higher it goes - the further it might fall. HapSeng might be next in line. So be careful and play safe. Seek out laggard shares with high NTA Buffer that won't crash much this year.

Return OF capital is more important than return ON capital now.

The wall of separation between Calvin and HJey is a classic example of trader and investor. Calvin is camouflaging like an investor with his “storytelling” while HJey is an investor with strong personal inclination towards compounding.
