The Group reported revenue of RM47.3 million and a pre-tax loss of –RM25.7 million in the current quarter as compared to revenue of RM87.3 million and a pre-tax profit of RM33.2 million in the immediate preceding quarter.
The pre-tax loss in the current quarter is primarily due to loss on fair value changes of financial assets at fair value through profit or loss of –RM26.9 million (Q4/2015: gain on fair value changes of RM4.5 million), fair value loss on derivative financial instruments of –RM1.9 million (Q4/2015: fair value gain of RM5.3 million), no gain from sale of quoted securities by the IT unit (Q4/2015: gain of RM5.8 million) and loss on foreign exchange of –RM10.1 million in the current
quarter (Q4/2015: gain on foreign exchange of RM10.0 million) rimarily due to thestrengthening of the US dollar against the Ringgit.

High gearing????...hmmm...not as high as 1MDB...lol! Afterall money will be coming in soon...the high gearing are for projects well spend. Let it ride higher next week and see if the high gearing will make run away from it or go into it.

Worst case will be 15sen and best case will be 17.5sen. So a dividend yield of 5.55% to 6.50%. OK lah...better than FD rate.
