T4 stands for Terminator Version 4.0......lol....just joking.

T refers to transaction date ie the day/date you bought your shares. T+3 or T3 is 3 days after you buy the shares and need to be paid by then. If you dont pay by T3, you shares will be sold off. So the big spike of Dsonic shares on 15 Dec and this is T. T3 will be 18 Dec ie when all shareholders need to pay to keep the shares or sell it off.
When they say T4 means this Monday 21 Dec and see what happen.

Surprise...surprise...we have several Spacs already and yet a lot do not understand how it works. Best to find out what spacs really is before commenting about it.
A lot of people talk about Hibiscus with IPO of 75sen and now 24sen...but they fail to mention that Hibiscus open at 54sen and then slowly shoot up to 2.16 and then to 2.74. Why they dont mention abt it??? Many reasons....so understand what Spacs is.

Lol....the way some people commented about this spac can be compiled into a book and title it "Joke of The Year". Come on guys...understand what spac actually is and give them time to get things done. Everything have to start some where...even you get a new job, you have to start somewhere...dont expect your boss to hammer you for incompetency when you just started to learn your new job. So let Red Sena management do their job. Dont like spac, dont like Red Sena then dont invest. After all it is your money.

Some people are doing the juggling...if you hv purchase 100000 of mother at IPO, selling mother and buy son your average cost of son is only 0.086 sen. If selling the free son you get and buy mother, your average overall cost of mother is at 0.414sen. Looking at the trade, believe a lot of people are juggling between mother and son. Some funds are collecting as well.

U right mykasih99.....O&G spac hit by the drop in oil price. Had oil price hit US80 or US100, then people will shout to buy O&G spac. Looking forward for Red Sena to get good F&B QA.

Buy IPO at 50sen and sell at 38sen....cut lose??? With warrant at 8sen, still losing money.

Buy or not to buy????......Worst case, if no QA, you get back 46 sen plus whatever 3yrs interest. If QA and get good assets then it could worth more or else it could be worst less too. The management team are formerly from F&N.

Looking forward for it to close above 1.55 and then WCT should continue climbing.

Current qtr eps is 3.53...previous qtr is 2.56. Last year 2qtr is 2.79. This company lots of cash and no wonder this year they paid RM24mil as special 20sen dividend. Still had a balance of RM68mil of cash in the bank. Borrowing only RM1.5mil. Every qtr profitable as they produce cement bags and this bags not recyclable.

Disposal of the huge amount of shares by the bigboss looks scary. Will avoid.
