DIBENA dispose of 64mil shares (4.7%) and still holds to 75mil shares (5.5%) and this is called cashing out???? After the disposal by DIBENA, one of the directors still holds 208.5mil shares (15.4% direct) and 229.5mils shares (17.0% indirect) and this is called cashing out????...ha ha ha ha. I bought 1000 shares from them recently and I believe this is cashing out by directors too...I will need to go and find the real meaning of cashing out...ha ha ha.

As smartly say above, if declare dividend, mother goes up, so is the son. But if no div, mother goes down, so is the son. Son expire in June 2018, and you need to convert by paying 1.14 per share for the mother. If during the conversion time, mother still not recover to your cost (son price + 1.14), you have to keep it long long time.
Like smartly say, if in doubt buy mother now.
Anyway let see what ytlpower has for this qtr...to get 10sen div, they will need to earn at least 2sen per share this qtr. As I have outline above, ytl comm still losing from qtr to qtr, IPP is still not renew and need capital investment for their new Indon projects.
