tsy88 - Yup, Nihsin and IJacobs remain favorite my most profitable counters this year with many rounds of gains (some during contra period).

tsy88 - I mentioned this morning that the rise could be curtailed , thus I cleared most of the counters to lock in gains but still holding some nihsin (in 43 sen) and Ijacobs (in 40.5 sen)

Tsy88 - I reckon the rise may soon be curtailed and probably will be clearing my holdings today (Cscenic, padini, nihsin, Ijacobs, kfm, ibhd ).

tsy88 - have locked in all my gains on those counters purchased yesterday. Euro markets are in the red on opening and I reckon the local market also needs breather, at least for the time being.

With the Dow registering a strong closing, hopefully our market follows suit. Sold Luxhem for a 8 sen gain and half of IFCA to lock in profits. Entered Dsonic, Csenice, YGL, Solution.

Gearing 1.90 is a bit too low.
Premium a hefty 59%

Unless you some some news that the share price of the mother will go up (which results in he warrant moving in tandem, albeit in this case may not move proportionally in view of the high premium) I would reckon better to go for the mother share.

@KWTan - directing at the research houses may lead to an exchange of opinion as both parties have their own basis. I would rather trust KC based on his meticulous analysis which goes beyond just looking at the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account. Bear in mind these analysts are paid to do their jobs. If you compare KC's returns as against theirs, you know who is better.

The warrants for Seacera is illiquid, thus the volatility. Also must consider the expiry date and the price of mother and warrant to ascertain it's hearing and ptemium/ discount

Dunknow - if you are not familiar how warrant works, suggest not to touch. They are highly volatile. If you want to play Seacera I reckon the mother share is safer as the warrant is commanding a high premium. If the market can hold today perhaps you can fetch a higher price .

tsy88 - I too cleared my counters bought last Friday. Jiankun had the best gain at 6 sen (bought earlier) and the rest with marginal gains and with 1 at breakeven and 1 with a 0.5 sen loss.

tsy88 - yup, very difficult to pick stocks thus have to select those under-valued ones and keep for medium term. For penny counters most have dropped by 30 to 50% from their highs.

tsy88 - good morning. Despite most stocks rising yesterday, the sentiment was not that encouraging and I just did 2 intra trades with 4 sen and 2.5 sen gains on Nihsin and IJacobs respectively.

Dunknow - good morning. Yup, The Dow so volatile and the rise in Bursa yesterday was more of a technical rebound. Just my thoughts

The Dow is so volatile in the last 2 weeks and now with the Fed hinting that interest rates will stay near to zero rates, the buying frenzy returned, igniting the biggest rally (gain of 275 points) in the index this year.

Dunknow - if it is the start of correction (in fact started about a week ago), then the conditions are not suitable for intra day or contra trading. Having said that there will still be counters going up but it will indeed be tough to pick them out. No need to rush unto things, cash is king now !
