Igb reit only own 2 retail mall in their portfolio which is midvalley and garden mall... However in near term they likely going to add in midvalley phase 3 and south key mall, that what they plan...

josh ya lets say on 7th november price is rm5.50, on the ex date which is 8th November the price will deduct 12sen which is rm5.38. the selling now is likely due to earning on this quarter is less than targeted which make the PE ratio very much higher although the special dividend is being paid out.

people selling due to high PE ratio, it will stable back soon. usually after ex date it sure drop the amount they payout.

Finally dividend 7 sen... Sweet.

All de investment bank put a lower price target or sell call...

since i buying since the share split i will hug digi till i think their business fundamental is out. else the price drop i will collect more. at the moment they are giving generous dividend quarterly which accounted to dividend yield almost 9% of my initial investment
