Already touch 49sen ….as expected. Can it sustain above 45sen today?

If there is margin call again, share price will definitely go below 50sen today. This has happen in last 2 weeks on every Friday afternoon

A simple question need to be asked:
if there is nothing wrong with this company, why is KWSP and KWAP selling their shares at a big loss at this current price?

Managed to dispose most of my shares in SD at 60sen today. I don’t think I’m smarter than KWSP, KWAP or even their substantial shareholders who are disposing it in last few weeks. I suffer big loss BUT at least I still got back 60% of my money. Better than end up with nothing.

Regret I didn’t cut loss at 60sens. Now it is 56sen. Hope will rebound and I will exit at 60sen.

If the accounting issues by KPMG are petty, then why is KWSP, KWAP or even major shareholder dumping shares? Are we more clever than them to buy or hold the shares?

KWSP sold off more than 15mil shares. I think this is very clear signal on what’s happening to this company. Good luck

Due to the big drop of price, there could be another round of margin call for shares pledged to Banks. Usually happen in afternoon. Just careful. Stay safe

Only clue is EKOVEST abort deal to buy land from IWH for almost RM1bil last week. And it has been sometime that IWH looking to list its assets to raise fund for Bandar Malaysia. So, what other plans now?

Waiting to see what announcement Ekovest & IWCity going to make. Huge volume and rise on Friday. Both have same boss Lim Kang Hoo. Perhaps something to do with Bandar Malaysia or IWH restructuring?

Still waiting to see why Lim Kang Hoo company Ekovest & IWCity jump up today with high volume? Any idea?

I already change just now from Ekovest 45.5sen to IW City 44sen. Now both same price at 45sen

Almost 300mil shares transacted this morning. It is unlikely situation cause by short sellers as they can’t get so much shares to sell. Probably KWAP continue to sell down their 4% shares. They don’t need to report as no longer substantial shareholder.

Margin accounts need to top up when price falls below certain level. Banks and brokerage firm likely to be calling all margin accounts now. Just careful after lunch when force selling happen. Stay safe

I think traders have to play safe. Technical chart reading won’t apply when force selling happen. I’m sure Banks are not calling in the margin account. Settlement usually by noon. If not, force selling will happen in afternoon.

Just careful all because when there are sellers, then there are also buyers. Biggest question now is who is collecting all the shares on Friday? Someone bought more than 300mil shares at below 79sen on Friday. Announcement must be made by tomorrow after trading hours. I’m waiting to see who is buying. Then we can see the plot behind all this.

My guess is the deal is called off because of the proposed merger with IJM. Proposal already given to IJM. Probably land will be parked in IWC. Construction & Highway in Ekovest.

Careful that there are many shortsellers trying to push down the price. Serba Dinamik usually don’t have many short sellers. But last 3 trading days, many short selling. Go see Bursa records at their website. Shortsellers usually need to create panic for other do dump their shares. That’s when they profit. Just careful and don’t loose to them

I heard there is a proposal for a merger with IJM & IWH. It will also involve Ekovest. Unlikely for privatization. But Ekovest will be turned into a highway cashcow. DUKE + IJM highway

Work Ministry said Highway with 80% progress work completed can still continue work. Ekovest major construction work is DUKE 3 which is more than 90% complete

There is now around RM1.5bil cash or equivalent in the company. Will be a smart move to just privatize company with market cap of just RM1.09bil.

Yes, not surprise if sudden MGO as current major shareholder only holds below 33%. They are trying to be company to buy over land for almost RM1bil. First attempt fail. Now second attempt with reduced price. If fail again, sure then will just privatize
