I bought 1000lots at RM1.63 just now....luckily gone back up

Only worth the buy of below 40sen. Dato Tee collected the shares at below 40sen. There is someone throwing the shares at 43sen and above. That’s why price always crash. My guess is Jamaah Urusharta who still have around 4% shares

I also have Lotte Chemical Titan. This one have RM4bil net cash or RM1.65 cash per share. Share Price now only RM1.54. NAV is above RM5. Also a safe bet

It’s ok. I bought around 31sen to 33sen. Net cash is actually around RM450mil. That’s around 19sen or 61% of share price. Getting the land and building (worth more than RM1) for just 12sen. NAV is around RM1.40. Still a safe bet.

Price drop badly today by almost 5%. Sell down ....any idea what’s happening? I only can see company got huge debts ....but is that the only reason?

This counter price won’t go up until they announce ex-date for the 3.35sen dividend.

I bought Lotte Chemical Titan around average RM1.15 x 2600 lots.

Try Lotte Chemical Titan ....got 7sen dividend in May. Price only RM1.50 when company net cash is RM1.60.

Kelvin, I bought mine at 39sen 2 days ago. I sold Mah Sing at 44sen to buy it. Since Mah Sing only 43.5sen today, I sold E&O to change back since E&O price too high today for no reason.

I change all to Mah Sing at 43.5sen. There is 3.35sen dividend at Mah Sing

Sold all my 3500 lots at 46sen. Will buy back when below 40sen

Luckily I bought back that day at 39.5sen. Going to sell when it reach 47sen

UEM Sunrise today gain around 10% to 46.5sen. It’s a property counter. I think rotational play now.

EPF is selling a lot of counters ....they need money to support KLCI Index counters.

There is a big buying support at 43.5sen. I think someone (maybe private fund managers) collecting at this price.

Hi Thirdeye, luckily I sold at 43sen. Today, E&O collapsed to 40sen. Will wait at 35sen before relook at this company. Too much debts in hand. And worried on its upcoming quarterly report.

I made a mistake to sell Friday. Manage to buy back some this morning.

Plastic PE price go up another 6% today ....so far, almost 40% increase. And raw material ethylene from petroleum drop. Bigger margin for LC Titan next quarter in Sept. that’s why Fund Managers rushing to buy

I heard price of PE plastic gone up a lot over this weekend for May delivery ....almost 50%. Will this be good or bad for LC Titan?

Heard that the company issuing RM1.5billion Sukuk BUT not enough subscriber and plan may fail. Worried on company debts. Maybe reason why EPF and Urusharta dumping shares. I will try sell later if price reach 43sen

Not only Mah Sing, there are many other property counter available. Just need to make sure they are net cash position, and have at least 7% dividend yield (as profit will go down this year. So got cushion). Property sector will be bad this year which is why the counter is super cheap now. But look at 2 years from now, will the property sector still be bad like now? It will be too late to buy when economy recover

Have to hold for long term. Easily will go back above 80sen or even RM1. The Ikan Bills or day trader will sure die if buy & sell without capital. Look at long term
