OCPD, I just manage to sell all my Mah Sing 8,000lots at 53sen and convert all to E&O at 42.5sen. Both use to be the same price last month. Anyway, you won’t hear me selling Mah Sing. Will buy back when both E&O and Mah Sing about same price.

OCPD, u r right. The stockbroking firms already place a price limit for margin accounts for these glove and COVID-19 stock. This is what my broker told me this morning

OCPD, I bought around 30000 lots lot at around 31sen and 33sen last time. I sold half at 43 to 45sen to change to LC Titan at RM1.75. Selling the remaining balance today to change to E&O.

Just sold Mah Sing at 51sen to change and convert to E&O at 42.5sen. Both of this counter use to be about same price 3 weeks. No sure why such a big gap now.

Heard that E&O going to JV with Mitsui on STP2A in Penang. Is this good? Or should E&O do the project own their own?

I heard that E&O already successfully place out RM1.5bil Sukuk Bonds last week. Maybe that the reason why no need anymore right issue. And maybe KWAP paid e&o RM700mil in full for STP2A sale.

Around 5.5mi shares transacted at RM2.42 before closing ......that’s RM13.4mil. That’s why price jump up almost 10sen. Wonder Who placed such a big order?

So, it is better if Star shutdown its newspaper business and sell of property. And distribute all money back to shareholder. Easily everyone get more than RM1.20 each share

I calculated that based on its 380mil cash, each share got more than 50sen in cash. This is excluding its property like Menara Star and Land.

Developer gave 5% discount ....I heard from my brother that the project completely sold out after that discount. Project is apartment in Sentul

Bank still give 90% loan if 1st or 2nd house. 70% loan only if 3rd house or above. My brother just got a bank loan last week for 90% to buy a new house from a developer. I think same rule for 2nd hand house

Greenland, Mah Sing dividend is 3.35sen. Yes, it is one of the high dividend yield counter for property. Another is E&O at 3sen (40sen counter). Just need to hold for long term for big gains (at least 200% and above)

It is good that LC Titan go up above RM1.90. At least it will wipe out all the speculators who had sold below RM1.80. The rise will be more stable after that.

How come LC Titan go up so much today? Price should go down after ex-dividend. But price today is higher after ex-dividend. I tried to buy today but failed. Sad....

EPF is selling everyday between 3mil to 6mil units only. But daily volume now is around 15mil to 30mil last week. Today is already almost 15mil in morning. Question is who is collecting so much? And why?
