I think I will also try to buy later at 42.5sen. Not much sellers even at 42sen. Waited whole day ....need to reach my target before announcement end of this month

Nickthebest, agree with you that should change position from Mah Sing to other counters. Mah Sing already gone up a lot while some other Property counters not risen. For me, I have change Mah Sing to E&O (At about 15sen difference). Both counter use to be same price.

Yes, we should all thank those in Jemaah Urusharta. If not for their silly move, we won’t be able to buy cheap. I got Mah Sing at around 31sens thanks to them. E&O at 30sen.

What this shows is Jemaah Urusharta already finish selling their 5% stake in E&O. Very little sellers left.

I’m still trying to collect more shares at 46sen. But very little seller. Waited whole day and only manage to get 1,400lots today. Targettting another 8,000 lots ....pray more people will sell and I can get tomorrow. Need to buy before announcement of dividend this month

Usually, E&O will make some good announcement on Their projects during their AGM. I heard that they may do a JV with Mitsui Fudosan at Penang STP2A phase one. Anyway, let’s wait for their Q4 result and see what kind of dividend they will give. Mah Sing also flew sky high from 40sen after their announcement of 3.35sen dividend.

I have sold all my 20,000 lots of Mah Sing at 58sen last week. And change to E&O at 43sen last week

And I’m sure some kind of assurance was given to Wan Azmi on dividend (probably at least 3%). Otherwise, he would not have invested RM150mil in E&O. There is still RM550mil Cash/Bank balance in the company before the latest RM1.3bil bond issuance.

From past record, there will at least be 3% ....either payment like 3sen per share or give out treasuries stock as dividend. They have not fail to give out dividend in last 10years

E&O going to launch their project in STP2A Penang ...reclamation complete in end 2019. Now starting infra work. That’s the prime area for Penang housing. Hidden jewel. Book value only less than RM870mil at book value for 6mil sq feet nett area. Land area around Tanjung Pinang should be at least RM800 per sq feet nett area. Do the calculation.

Wait la for their announcement of the annual dividend 3sen or 2sen. Then will fly like Mah Sing

I sold my LC Titan at RM2.40 last time and bought E&O at 40sen. Now E&O is 45sen and will have 3sen dividend (6.6% yield).

Mah Sing price already gone up too fast. Expect to drop fast unless got new catalyst. Better change to other laggard counter.

E&O issued RM1.3billion Sukuk bonds (25yrs period). So, debts problems and financing issue for STP2B & STP2C solved!

Chart Trader, you are correct on the chart analysis ....strong support for E&O this morning at 45.5sen. Now, reach 47.5sen. Next round is to break 50sen barrier and heads towards 55sen next week

The RM406mil revenue will be recognized this year ....mostly in this 4th Quarter result. E&O will likely give the usual 3sen dividend.

Sold some of LC Titan today at 2.40 just now. Going into E&O 45sen since property counters are moving fast & got 3sen dividend. Any idea any property counter still not yet move?

Thanks OCPD. I only suggest to change from Mah Sing to E&O since Mah Sing gone up so much while E&O still stuck at 45sen range.

For STP2A, their book value is only RM890mil. But based on valuation of RM550 per square feet (the price paid for by KWAP), the land should be worth RM3billion. So, the company assets is actually undervalued. And will become profit when they JV or sell it or develop. A lot of hidden value in this company

Hi Rain, Mah Sing & E&O is actually same situation with high debts. Difference is Mah Sing debts of RM600mil is by Sukuk Bonds and that’s not under liability but placed in Equity.
For E&O, they just completed issuance of RM1.3bil Sukuk Bond. So, a lot of the debts will now be resolved for next 10yrs.

Hi Rain, in 2018, E&O gave 1 share for every 50 share as dividend. That time, the share was around RM1.30. So, works out to be a return of more than 3%.

Hi Rain, E&O had declared dividend in last 15yrs. Usually at least 3% or 3sen. They should received RM350mil payment from KWAP for completion of STP2A in Penang in December. So, 4th Quarter should be good

Elwin, you have to wait for E&O to announce 4th quarter report. They will also announce the 3sen dividend and price will then shoot up. Hold on until end of this month.

Mah Sing is slightly better as their sales targeted on medium to medium high property. E&O is high end

E&O reclamation of STP2A already completed in December and RM350mil progress billing To KWAP will be recorded In this upcoming quarterly report. And there will be the usual 3sen dividend for E&O

Pi Xiu, I was told that E&O will announce 3sen dividend in July. They have received the balance progress payment from KWAP for the Penang STP2A sale of 20% stake at RM700mil

Hopefully, price will be the same before September dividend. E&O will also announce 3sen dividend in July.
