In EW chart, we can see a 3-wave correction wave 4 that to give strong support and a bullish continuation into final wace 5 near Fib ratio of 38,2/50,0 (2,00/1,92).

^^^SUPERMX: "HOW FAR CAN I GO?? CRYSTAL BALL....CRYSTAL BALL!!"

The purpose of this are to:

i) identify when would these rally to peak;
ii) determine its potential target prices in this bull run.

First of all, congrats to my friends whom had made handsome money on this rally, and some even calling me today they have making "double-digit" profits since my previous Buy-in-Dips calls (13/3/2020) during its recent sharp correction to 1,30 low level.

Today, Supermx has now become a "SUPERMAN" !! It has fulfilled all the BULLISH CRITERIA for these glove bull rally. Many people has now been wondering how far can its go from here. What would be the target price, how long would the rally peak and so forth.

The answers are.....NOBODY KNOWS!! LOL!!

However, I like to share my own observation and research based on PURELY technical analysis. In my trading, I use couple of tools to analyze most of stocks especially Elliott Wave Analysis.

For this case, I use Andrew Pitchfork. Andrew’s Pitchfork is a technical indicator that use three parallel trendlines to identify possible levels of support and resistance as well as potential breakout and breakdown levels.

In the last 10 years from its low 0,160 (2/3/2009), Supermx has been accurately tracked each trading cycle and even major/minor economic setbacks within these trendlines. We notice that Supermx making almost a full trading cycle around 28 - 30 months before another significant turning point.

My Bets:

1) By taking an average business cycle of 30 months (913 days). I believe Supermx has begun the new cycle since 2/7/2018 and the completion cycle would likelihood happened in this coming end of year, December 2020.

2) On this relative base, Supermx would be seeing a bullish uptrend "Higher-High" cycle. We to see a sharp and impulsive running higher above its current means trendline with more bullish gains, ideally even back to the previous peak highs in 2/7/2018 (2,27).

The key stall points for these bull move lies at the 2,42; 2,65 and 3,00 levels resistance areas which to cap its rebounds.

P/S: Above purely a technical analysis which have NONE basis of fundamental analysis.

Comfort forms an ascending triangle in 1h chart but has failed to breakout strong horizontal resistance at 0.910 despite testing twice.

Will Comfort test & break above its today? Who knows?! The third time's a charm...

Comfort ended this morning session with a strong morning doji star in huge volume spike. Since on 10/4/2020 its completed three-wave, A)-B)-C) correction within a bigger wave 2 at the 0,845 level,
a new rise started developing. The rise is strong and impulsive that have also breaking-out its medium-term downtrend line at 0,870.

With this breakout, Comfort is also joining the rubber glove rally. Its next resistance is the horizontal lines of 0,985-1,020.

^^^CRUDE OILS: DOUBLE BOTTOM REVERSAL?!!

Since my previous post "Crude oils: Testing a new low?" (Mar 22, 2020 2:45 PM), Crude oils has been giving us first evidence that a low SOLID BOTTOM is in place (USD19,22) that a minimum three-wave bigger reversal which is underway. We know that after a five-wave rally unfolds, a temporary, three-wave contra-trend reaction may follow; in our case, we are observing an A-B-C move in play, with possible support at 25,0 level or lower. Yesterday Crude Oil breaks significant support level, at 23,35, where former wave 4, and re-test low level (19,22).

Should this rock bottom level hold?

My Bets: Crude OIls closed at 20,11 yesterday. I believe a TURNING POINT from this bottom and to make a SOLID double bottom reversal.That said, if we see an intra-day rise from current levels and above the 23,35 level, then this would already suggest a low in place, and a turn already in play. As long as Crude Oil prices are back on an upward trajectory, we will seeing prices of O&G stocks going higher and much higher.

Let's NOT FORGET that any failure to make a NEW LOW could set the stage for a decent rebound for Crude Oil.

SUPERMX ended this morning session with a 3T volatility contraction breakout at 1,72 with spike volumes. A three-wave, A)-B)-C) correction done within a bigger wave 2 at the 1,59 level, from where a new rise started developing. Rise is sharp and impulsive so this suggests further more upside. We are tracking a five-wave move in the making from the 1,67 level, which can be labeled as a wave 3, with price targeting the 1.94/2,06 zone. That said, any weakness within wave 3 can be only a temporary pullback.

My Bets:

SUPERMX was a laggard - for good reason- since from early part of this year. Its rally to be a CATCH-UP RALLY as the stock has yet to deliver on its bottom-line performance.

I believe this stock is due for re-rating soon, which could come if its results for 1Q2020 can surprise analysts & investors, alike.

^^^JAKS: A BULLISH PENNANT BREAKOUT SOON??!

Trading Idea: JAKS has done both bullish breakout of a rising wedge at 0.77 and its medium-term downtrend line (1/4/2020) with volume surge in recent rebounds, but has failed to stay above 200-day SMA (1,02) despite testing and filling up the down gaps from 0,980-1,040

From early April until yesterday, JAKS has risen from 0,62 and hit 1,04 before close lower at 0,965. The recent sharp rise has also formed a SOLID FLAG POLE & PENNANT in around 0,950 to 0,985. Thus, the target for this breakout move is 1,245 (around 1,21 of 0,618 Fib Retracement)

Based on the above, we may see another rally over the next 1-2 week, which some would call the RAYA RALLY. If you are nimble enough, you can try your luck and make a BIG new DUIT RAYA for this coming new year!

Trading Idea: Dayang made a five-wave recovery on the 1h chart, giving us first evidence that a low SOLID BOTTOM is in place and that a minimum three-wave reversal which is underway. We know that after a five-wave rally unfolds, a temporary, three-wave contra-trend reaction may follow; in this case, we are observing an A-B-C move in play, with possible support at 1,25 (0.236 Fib) level or lower, at a more significant level, at 1,08, where former wave 4 can react as good support.

My Bets: Dayang has been weathered fairly well on last few days crude oil selldown. Over the next few days, we will have a much clearer picture of how crude oils will perform. Whether we could see crude oil to testing the USD19.22 level again or not?? Any break below this level could lead to further downside for crude oil.

Yet, let's NOT FORGET that any failure to make a new low could set the stage for a decent rebound for Crude Oil. If they rebound from these current low, then O&G stocks should recover along side within the recovery in Crude Oil.

For that, the next target price for this RALLY (if it comes true) would be to test 200-day SMA (1,88).

the supply chain and threatens to hamstring hospitals worldwide. Top Glove Corp Bhd
has the capacity to make 200mn gloves a day, but a supplier shutdown has left it with only
two weeks' worth of boxes to ship them in, its founder told Reuters. (The Edge)

Comment: Based on our channel checks with other glove manufacturers, there could be some
hiccups on the packaging side. However, we believe this is not a major issue as glove manufacturers can source from other countries as well as discuss with customers on the acceptable alternatives.

We see these charts SHOWN signs of stability or recovery yesterday. What that a BUY CALL? This stability or recovery could in TURN to lead to a decent rally in our stock market !!!

Believe it or NOT I think "THE WORST IS OVER"....more & more positive news from the containment of this virus as well as from the recovery in the economy FLOODING the market.

We should start taking SOME position in the market now.

Trading Idea: DAYANG has formed a bullish engulfing candle accompanied by improved 56M volumes. The MACD Histogram has turned green, but the RSI remains oversold. Monitor for a rebound above the RM0.985 level, targeting the RM1,25 and RM1.59 levels.

Support will be set around the RM0.77 level.

Trading Idea: Bargain hunting activities to test BREAKOUT above its Ascending Triangle pattern at 0,790....any triangle breakout has a target of 0,980!!

^^^CRUDE OIL : TESTING A LOW NOW?

The question on everyone's lips is when will CRUDE OIL prices bottom. I believe that a bottom is not far away....

If we take the 2016 extreme prices into consideration, crude pricing dip as low as USD25 and consolidated for 1-1/2 months to form a double bottom before REBOUNDS.

Based on the above, I believe CRUDE OIL could be now on its bottom. The next 2-3 weeks will probably be a good time to trade CRUDE OIL. As long as crude oil prices are back on an upward trajectory, we will seeing prices of O&G stocks going higher and much higher. My earlier BUY call on O&G stocks has panned out quite well.

All O&G done its lowest record low on the MEGA selldown since month ago. Today O&G rebounds strongly in range of 5%-15% in heavy volumes with the bullish divergence and MACD hook-up..

Does it mean that the SOLID BOTTOM was hit yesterday?

I believe "THE WORST IS OVER" for temporary....that we should start taking some position in the market presently.
